Villa Paul

Seating was very accommodating due to handicapped individual. Dinner was delicious, my swordfish was perfect and my husband loved the duck. Miguel was very attentive, personally + and very fun!! We will definitely be back.

With the fireplace and wood paneling this resturant's dining room is amazingly beautiful. Our fish specials were delicious as were the vegetables. We were too full for desert but enjoyed their generous speciality blueberry drink and IPA. The waitstaff made excellent recommendations and were very pleasant. The dining room was very cozy with the fireplace and wonderful details. The bathroom was artfully decorated.

Such a perfect little homey dinner spot. Service is great and food is delicious. So lucky to have a restaurant like this in our town.

Went here for lunch with family & friends. They set up a buffet-style luncheon with chicken, pasta, salad, salmon, dessert cakes. The food was delicious, service was timely & professional.

Nicole was the best waitress today!
She was excellent, spot on and cheerful pleasant and very attentive.

This place has history, dating way back to 1804. Villa Paul is old school and takes me back decades. Super cozy, wonderful staff, and excellent food. We had the homemade ravioli, the filet mignon, and for dessert, tartufo. Delizioso!!

Well folks.......I have been out in Hampton Bays for 7 years and said many times that "I have to try Villa Paul" I cant believe it took me 7 years to get here. Villa Paul is a wonderful restaurant which offers an amazing dining experience.

Denise our waitress was just amazing with her table service and control of the delivery of our dinner.

We went all out with the apps.....escargot, fried calamari, mussels in white wine and garlic, meatball trio and baked clams....yes folks, we went all out!!!

Ford diner we ordered the shrimp scampi, Tuscan chicken and the amazing roast duck in a cherry sauce.. oh boy was that delicious... check out the pics!

We had a great time here tonight, service was amazing and the night was memorable...after 2 bottles of Chardonnay...whew, and dessert! Is that right....2 s's?

Return visit 2/13/21

We had another great dining event at V P. Last bought (2/13/21). We were greeted with a smile by the manager upon arrival and were taken to a lovely table in the corner of the dining room. The crowd was a nice side, but the tables spaced out very well. Social distancing and staff with masks and gloves were evident.

Our waiter Miguel and busperson Saoulda (I hope I got the spelling correct) took extremely great care of our table. Saoulda made sure that the bread and butter stayed full and the table ckean.

Miguel started us off with drinks, espresso martinis, beer all were perfect. We ordered our appetizers (fried calamari and a seafood mac n cheese with shrimp, dinner portion). The appetizers were delicious. The fried calamari were light and tender with a side of tomatoe sauce for dipping. The mac n cheese was a big hit too, nice and creamy with an aldente texture with a crispness from baking. (My mouth's watering)

For dinner, we ordered chicken florentine, ravioli, and 2 roast ducks. The roast duck was a beautiful portion, the skin was a nice crispness, the meat very moist and tender, full of flavor topped with a nice cherry and wine (best guess) reduction. The duck , as always at Villa Paul, was perfect. The chicken was delicious as well as the ravioli.

Dessert was also amazing, I do not remember what was ordered, I know a toasted almond joy dessert was ordered and delicious, I had a single shot espresso.

All in all, dinner, nor the service has ever failed us at V.P. It is always a nice treat to go to and we should go more often. Total cost for dinner was $245 for 4. Tip was extra and I am generous :) !

We ate there a year ago for my Birthday. Amazing food and service. I had the fish special of the night, it was delicious.

I used to eat here many years ago. (Many). We found ourselves in the neighborhood and had to go in. Our waiter was Frank and he was so friendly and attentive. (Thanks for the Netflix recommendation 😀 ). I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and to my surprise they were actually amazing. Definitely homemade. Hopefully we will be back soon!

My girlfriend and I went here for the first time on a Wednesday. From making the reservation to getting there, to sitting down, to the service was Great. We go places and care for customer service and Villa Paul went above and beyond our expectations.

Had a private party of 50 and they opened just for us. They did an outstanding job. I'd love to go for dinner when I'm back in Hampton Bays. Parking is easy and the restrooms were clean and nice.

We unexpectedly found ourselves at Villa Paul this rainy afternoon. The service was beyond commendable, from our waiter to the bussers, we were doted on and treated very well. The food was excellent and plentiful. We've wanted to dine here for quite some time and we were so glad that we finally had the opportunity to do so!! We will be back for sure!!!

We had a great experience here. Very old school , and the older woman who was on the floor was a little overbearing. Our service was great and they accommodated us without a reservation. Our server was amazing. The seating is very open.

Dinner was delicious! Too bad I didn’t take pictures of my food. Had the streak, stuffed mushrooms and cheesecake. Very good! Definitely going back

Good Italian comfort food. Salmon was very good, cooked as requested, had the sauce on the side. I had the eggplant parm with a side of spaghetti, too much parm cheese for my liking but still good. Definitely recommend reservations on the weekend. Cozy warm feeling dining room. Owner said they are understaffed but you'd never know it, great service by all.

Hands down my favorite restaurant. Old school, classic Italian food at it's finest. Drinks, appetizers, entrees are all delightful and definitely save room for dessert!!! Jeffrey is the best server, request him- you won't be disappointed!

This was the best, granted we went after a funeral.
Large buffet, fairly cheap for what's offered.
All food was amazing, and the desert was nothing but immaculate. The coffee so delicious you can even drink it black.

The food was great, the wine was great, but the SERVICE is why I'm writing a review. My girlfriend and I were looking for a dinner spot on a Sunday. Several places advertised that they were open, but when we called none of them would accommodate. Not only were they willing to seat us at 8:50 PM, they served us promptly without rushing us. The staff was extremely friendly and the food did not disappoint! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a warm atmosphere!

My family and I visited Villa Paul last night for the first time and it was delicious. I love that it is a family owned restaurant and the owner made sure that we were okay and enjoyed our meal. Our server Jeff was patient and informative. Great steaks and wine selection. We will definitely be back.
