The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable, Autum is the best she's super sweet and knows everything about everything in the store! Anyone who wants to complain about the price difference at home depot I suggest you look at what you're buying and you will see you're getting a way better product then what they are actually selling at home depot it may look the same but check the product #s they are different. You get a way better warranty on the tools you buy at Shinnecock, the tool will last you much longer. You get what you pay for!

The store is larger than it appears from the road & situated diagonally in the parking lot making it a unique use of the space! Once you get inside it is conveniently organized enough for you to find everything you need, but if you're a little lost the staff jumps right out from wherever they are you assist with a smile!

This place is exactly what a hardware store should be. As soon as you walk in there someone asking if they can help you. Absolutely terrific customer service. The staff is super knowledgeable about there inventory. They have always made any protect much easier.

I love, love, love this store. The people are so friendly and extremely helpful. Every time I need something that I'm sure will be hard to find in town, they have it! They are the reason why we all should support our small businesses. Give them a visit before driving to Riverhead. I just sent my husband there for a dual wall phone jack, they had it.

Simply the best and very reliable. Staff is always friendly and self driven. As soon as you come in, they are ready to serve, with a smile. And it seems like they always have everything you are looking for. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is always good. I frequent here often and haven't had a bad experience yet. Unlike the friends down the block.

Ordered from the Ace Hardware website and chose in store pickup from Shinnecock Ace Hardware since shipping was unavailable for my product. This was only 1 of 2 closest stores to me to have it in stock. The staff here was courteous and friendly. A great experience. Keep up the great work!

Dana (the owner) and her daughter Autumn are really great people, there is nothing better than the feeling of "family" when i come to their store and i am greeted by them and their wonderful smiles and helpful courtesy.
also, i dont want to forget to hat-tip the rest of the employees that work there (i am getting to know them as time goes on), Ryan who makes the deliveries, another great young cheerful man.

The staff here is incredible. They are always attentive and know exactly where everything is. They are always happy to bring large items to the car for you. A great home town business!

They have it all here and the help is amazing. Prices are a bit high bit it's worth not going to a big box store and deal with traffic and no customer service.

These guys have almost everything. I used to go to Home Depot for all my odds and ends only to realize after all these years they just stuffed Home Depot into a tiny store with similar pricing. Helpful staff as well.
