We had to get our shop roof replaced after the crazy 2023 storms, and Watts was an amazing company to deal with. They kept me informed, their work was good, and they were amazingly patient when it came to dealing with the insurance company. The work was done within the timeframe they quoted with no issues.I know that when it comes down to our office roof and home roof needing replacements, we’ll be going back to Watts.

I would highly recommend this business. I inquired about a new roof while owner was on vacation and he still returned my call!! The first nice day after his return, his crew showed up. ALL of his employees were polite and hard working. Great job cleaning up. Done in one day!

I purchased an older building during COVID 2020. There was a major leak in the roof that I knew about upon purchase. I hired Watts Roofing to tear off the entire old roof and put on a new one. They were fast and had the entire job done a week after I closed. His guys were out and working by 8 am and worked until nightfall two days straight and got it knocked out. It's been a year now and we've had severe weather and rains since then and I've had no issues. The roof looks great! I would and already have recommended them to others.

Watts roofing installed an industrial roof over the flat part of our roof near Lake Erie. Today they arrived exactly on time to inspect the integrity of the roof after we suffered $40,000 storm damage to the lake side of our structure. Sure enough, that roof had no punctures or leaks whatsoever. Mr. Watts even cleaned off the brush that was on the roof and re-nailed the flashing around our window. And he would not accept any payment for his time and expertise! I am totally satisfied and recommend them very highly.

I had wind damage to my siding this past spring. Bob from watts is the only contractor who would work with me to get my siding fixed. After months of waiting for other contractors to get back with me. Bob gave me a quote and had it fixed in two weeks. I would recommend his company to anyone.

We had an urgent need to get some repairs done on three older roofs. Watts Roofing was very responsive in their evaluation and did an excellent job.

I called this company due to us selling our home, and we were told from another company we needed to open up our ridge vent, so I called watts roofing for a second opinion, even with the owner on vacation in Florida, he called me back fast and had someone come out and look at our roof, the next day, to let me know the vents we had were good. I can't thank this company enough, if I ever need a new roof, I will be calling them!!!

Tear down of garage roof with damaged boards. Installation of gutters on garage with gutter guards. Professional. Timely. Clean up very good, answered all questions before, during and after without making me feel like I was a nuisance. Very happy. Would recommend.

He came out next day and fixed our leak in skylight

I called for an estimate on Tuesday for a carport roof! I was told Thursday it would be done. I just called at 440pm and was told and I quote "oh yeah I went by there this morning!" I said ok how did it look? I was told " roof didn't look bad " I said really! I asked him You didnt see anything wrong? I was told "No" I then proceeded to tell him there is a big hole in the roof and the top row of shingles has over 30 nails exposed! I told him you obviously never looked at the roof! I will never be calling them again!

Never showed up.
Told me no one was home. I work from home.
I didn't ask for a new roof. I asked to look at a repair and check a leak inside the garage from the roof.
Could have messaged me after but waited until this was posted.

Apparently unless you have a large job for then to do. they quote an outrageous amount in hopes you find someone else or overpay.
