I would just like to give this place its props. Small business. The employees are super nice and kind. Every transaction I’ve had has gone smooth! If i had an issue with something the employees are glad to help!! I Also get my medications and I’m able to ship my packages from here. Super convenient. I love having this place in town!

People working here are super helpful. I cam here for postal work.
They recommended the right box as well as gave me all shipping options. Clerk called Florence was very sweet and helpful. There is another lady as well. Not sure her name was, but she was very helpful as well. Appreciate the generosity. Lucky to have such good service near our home. It’s a blessing.

You don’t get to see many of these independent drug-stores now a days. Healthcare has become a centralized corporate machine that treats people as numbers, and large data-sets. But North Brunswick Pharmacy has kept alive the old-fashioned values that drug-stores used to embrace.

Everything at North Brunswick Pharmacy revolves around a level of customer service that is rarely seen anywhere in current times. When you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile and a warm salutation. As you make your way to the pharmacy counter in the back, you receive eye contact from a superb staff member that knows who you are, and genuinely cares about your well-being. The service is fast, accurate, and compassionate. If you have a question about your medicines, health conditions, or virtually anything else, the pharmacists will give you their undivided attention and skilled guidance. When it comes to topics that are a bit personal, they will walk with you over to the side of the aisle and speak in a discreet fashion so that your concerns remain confidential and your privacy is protected.

I wish every type and place of business took care of their customers the same way North Brunswick Pharmacy of their’s. I am not exaggerating when I say that a visit to North Brunswick Pharmacy brightens up my day and makes me feel cared for.

They also have post office services on premises.

Any time a business owner is behind the counter and welcomes me by my first name...aces in my book. I've been coming to North Brunswick Pharmacy for probably 15 years and I've always had pleasant experiences. From the Post Office annex in the front, to the Rx in the back, nothing but exceptional customer service.

We had family visiting and needed a nebulizer urgently for their little one. We couldn’t find it in stock anywhere. North brunswick pharmacy had it and they were sooo helpful! Thank you NBP!

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Very friendly, fast, and responsive service. No chain can provide the service, professionalism, and attention provided by the pharamcists and staffs here.
Also, great place for last minute gifts and cards.

Go to better place I go to 5 star now so cares,Great . NO GOOD Service HERE wait outside not sure legal. Pharmacy owner lie all time,raise costs make money, say doctor no return my script when never call doctor. My Dr. say they do this with lot patients. No ever call tell me over week! Good employee go leave get better pay treat deserve., post office not regular lot complains.

Horrible, they should not advertise themselves as a US Post Office as they don't let you do over half of the services. They have so many restrictions its impossible for anyone to know what they are prior to visiting their building.
Secondly, they now refuse Post Office customers and tell them to visit the other office on the other side of North Brunswick. But once again you wouldn't know that unless you actually visit the place first.

Terrible customer service they force us to wait outside and she won't serve me unless the mask was over my nose. I'm medically exempt from having it over my nose and I was six feet away from you this is discrimination I can sue. For god sakes I was outside! Get a different job if your afraid of customers.
