Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milwaukee - West Allis

Stayed here twice now and both times have been great! Service is wonderful at the front desk at all times of the day, rooms and property are clean and quiet, breakfast is as expected for a continental, location is convenient. I use this as my go to Milwaukee hotel!

This place was a great stay. We were in town for a basketball tournament (snf). The staff was great. We were greeted when we came in and were checked in quickly. Rooms are very clean and taken care of. This place includes breakfast and it is very delicious. Just make sure you remember on weekends, they serve breakfast at different time. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and if we are ever back in town we will book at this place again.

Excellent employees in this hotel. Breakfast was great. Nice staff especially Melissa Davis I observed her multi task. If I owned a business I would hire her. Great place great people.

I reserved a room using Experian. Check in was simple and only took 2-3 minutes. The room was clean and the staff is accommodating (I say this as a parent with 4 kids) and courteous. The beds are comfortable and the continental breakfast was better than expected (scrambled eggs, sausage links, bacon, pancakes, French toast sticks, cereal (corn flakes, cheerios, etc), and toast/bagel/muffin). The pool size is decent (maybe 15’x30’) and depth went from 3’-5’ but it was great for the kids! My kids loved it!

This was a very nice hotel with the newer décor style throughout. The Standard 2 bed room was nice. We 2 minor issues with the room that were fixed promptly. The breakfast area was very nice with ample charging stations. The Hot breakfast both days was very nice compared to other chain hotels. I would recommend staying there again.

The staff was amazing the rooms were clean the pool is very warm and we had fun swimming if you sign up to become a member you get an extra hour to sleep we checked out late it was awesome bc some times the kids can't get it together lol
We stayed there about 2weeks ago also and it was the same I like consistency and for the price I love this hotel!! The breakfast is awesome bc my kids are picky I almost forgot to tell you about the breakfast 😅 so good!

Was visiting for a family occasion.....not too far from them. Rooms were clean and very nice!!! Will be coming again!!!

location was nice and quiet. the front desk workers were always helpful. not much of a variety for breakfast but it’s okay. you get what you pay for.

Beautiful rooms. Very nice Guest Lounge station. Couldn't ask for a cleaner place. Nice exercise area and pool all that. Rooms are immaculate. Staff wasn't unfriendly but weren't courteous either. Kind of distant but all around Good Times

Pretty new hotel so the rooms were very nice. Bed was super comfy. Nice breakfast setup and the staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed here while family in Froedtert hospital and it was a quick drive back and forth. The neighborhood felt safe.

My fiancée and I stayed here this last weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and polite. The room was clean and modern-looking. The breakfast was also delicious the next day, and fresh lemon water and coffee was available at the dining area after breakfast hours were over. We would definitely stay here again!

this was the best hotel stay we've had in a long time. from walking inside, walking through the halls, and entering the room the entire hotel smelled and looked clean. our room was super modern and bright with a big window. you get a light filtering shade and a room darkening shade that you can put up or down. the TV is a big high quality flat screen on the wall and the bed was extremely comfy. soft sheets and didn't smell like bleach or really anything at all. the huge walk in shower was amazing as well and even the complimentary soap left us smelling good and very soft. i would love to stay here again. when it comes to the location, you're about 15 mins from Milwaukee. we went to a show at The Rave and it was a convenient drive. you kind of feel secluded from the city but still very close to attractions.

I was frustrated by a previous hotel that I had booked before I called this location. The lady who took my call was very friendly and efficient. She explained the incidental deposit that is required when I asked and it was alot lower that the previous hotel that I had originally made reservation for. So when I showed up, she was very pleasant and heck of alot professional than previous hotel. The rest of the staff was very professional and pleasant. The room was exceptionally cleaned. I wanted to leave a tip to the lady who cleaned the room before I was assigned the room but didn't know how and should have asked, I apologize for that. So thank you for your professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Our room was clean , the staff was friendly, hotel was overall really clean. The breakfast was pretty good and kept hot. They 3 days we stayed they had eggs, sausage (turkey and pork options) , bacon the second day great alternative to spending extra money on breakfast.

Built in 2020, this hotel still has a brand new feel. The warm and friendly staff are great! The pool is warm. Breakfast buffet well stocked and the area is clean. Well run hotel, good job.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is great! The hotel is modern and the pool area was nice. There was a mix up with a third party booking and Alexa made a stressful situation into an incredible and stress-free situation. She even took care of calling the third party vendor for me. We will definitely come back when our kids have future competitions in the area due to the exceptional service we received. Thank you, Alexa!

Stayed one night and really enjoyed our stay. Felt very clean which I can really appreciate! The bed was super comfortable which I also very much appreciate. The breakfast was ok, it was packaged Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. Perhaps they have better breakfast selection when more occupied, a handful of cars in the parking lot when we stayed. Overall, very pleasant and will stay there again.

It was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly when we came in early for check in and told us that our room wasn't quite clean yet, she asked if we wanted to stay and we politely declined due to needing to be somewhere. Came back and room was done, it was another gentleman who checked us in and even gave us a recommendation for ice cream which also was good. The room was extremely clean! Will definitely be back again if we are back out in Wisconsin.

The rooms were very spacious, and nice. Great breakfast selection, excellent customer service, was not happy that we were not told about the $75 pet fee, but other than that no complaints. Will definitely be recomnending your hotel
