Spruce Pond

Pretty spot for a day hike with the family and friends during summer

During winter it’s entirely different and awesome experience to walk on the pond, just amazing and felt like heaven

Finally got a chance to bring my daughter here and it was a great father-daughter experience.

Beautiful and serene, great place for hiking, campin, or just some quality introspection.

Cute little place and lots of bites! Good place to fish and they stock it with trout in the spring!

This is a great out of the way park that is not usually busy. You can fish in the pond or hike around the pond or camp next to the pond. The pond trail also connects to the midstate trail near the opposite corner of the pond from the parking lot.

One of my absolute favorite hide aways, if you know .. Not gonna give full detail . But I will say No Campers No R.V's not really the location for that kinda thing. This is for the humans who don't mind a tent

Very calm serene spot :) #1, #2 by the pond are flat, the others are slightly slanted and not ideal. The one on the other side of the road looks prime! Norway Spruce all around! North Country Trail just about goes through the campsites :), just go a little ways down the road past the privy through the meadow and you’ll see the trail markers!

Went there with the BSA for a camping trip everyone had a great time would recommend it to anyone. It is also handicap accessible

Absolutely awesome deep woods. Pond itself is accessible by logging/hunting road, with open and reservable campsites. Hiking trails abound as part of finger lakes trails, and North country trail. To the West is Labrador, and to the east is Morgan Forest and eventually toggenburg ski mt and Highland Forest

caught a lot of blue gill. they stock rainbow trout in the spring, will be back. had a lot of fun

Love coming here for a hike, seeing the views. Always something new.

Quite little pond tucked in a hill valley. Often has boyscouts camped out.

Bring a blanket and some food for a picnic by the pond ⛱🌞
