Our realtor was Macy Milheim. The words can’t describe how amazing this experience was! I had a really good friend/realtor from FL, who did me a huge favor and referred me to Coldwell Banker in the local area, and a day later Macy called, we sat down and talked and from that meeting, we knew she had to be our realtor.

I had meetings with 3 other realtors before Macy called and the realtors were very stuck in their ways. Claimed that since they were all “experienced” that they knew the market and my house was worth xx amount. They all low balled the value of our home, probably for a quick sale and I wasn’t having that. I wanted someone who was aggressive and didn’t take any low offers, and sure enough our house appraised just fine.

She always answered my calls, text, emails. She walked us through everything. I would absolutely recommend Macy to anyone in the area. She goes above and beyond to help her clients.

I recently took a position in Tennessee which required our family to be relocated to the Volunteer state. Through our relo company, we chose Theresa Dershem at Coldwell-Banker to handle the sale of our home in Ohio. She was in constant communication and kept us aware of any developments which required immediate attention. Theresa was friendly, knowledgeable, and proved to be a valuable part of not only selling our home, but also working with our relo company to ensure things were done right!
