Dairy Queen Restaurant

Stopped for flame burgers. They were delicious, hot and great flavor. The French fries were less than desirable, soggy and room temperature. Drive thru went quickly. They are a bit on the spendy side but their product is good for special trips. Very friendly employees.

Food and restaurant are great but the friendly local customer service is so appreciated. Thank you to the drive thru / supervisor that made a non functioning coupon no problem. Will happily return!

The staff was patient, considerate, and made helpful suggestions through the drive thru. Our chicken strips, fries, burger, and blizzards were spot on. We appreciated the kind customer service!

I am very disappointed. My family and I regularly visit this Dairy Queen’s drive through on a regular basis. This has been our favorite ice cream spot as it is fast, efficient, and reliable. Until tonight, when we paid a visit through the drive through expecting the usual. We ordered 4 items, with 2 of the items having some sort of problem. The Triple Chocolate Brownie was lacking cocoa fudge, and you could clearly tell the fudge ran out half way through adding it on the ice cream. My Royal Oreo Blizzard came with chunks of cookie dough. Alright, no problem. I go further into the blizzard and realize that there is no chocolate royal filling, the whole reason I ordered and payed extra for the blizzard.

Edit: I talked with a manager, and they have sent me free coupons for the items that were messed up in our order. I appreciate the effort this restaurant puts in to make sure their customers are satisfied!

This was my first time ordering a DQ ice cream cake from this location and I was totally pleased and impressed by the help I received and the decorating and edible photo on the cake was perfect and all tasted amazing. My grandson totally loved it. Many thanks to Tim and Beverly for their outstanding service.

Just went cause my kid had some dental work and needed ice cream but couldn't chew. Was not sure what he should have or wanted. The lady behind the counter was so nice with different suggestions instead of talking to us like we were an inconsiderate. Than the lady who made his ice cream cut the stuff up really small only cause she heard me say he shouldn't chew. After this always going back. Thanks

Due to unfortunate circumstances pertaining his mother going to prison and me not wanting to be there I was unable to attend my step sons birthday party this weekend.

Thanks to Dairy Queen I was able to get him this cake with a picture of me on it, so it was almost like I was at the party being an active part of his life!

My ice cream cake order was mistakenly not made, but the manager and staff at this location went above and beyond to ensure I still had a good experience by treating me with kindness and working quickly to customize me a cake! I very much appreciated the coupons and the cake, so thank you so much!

Very clean (very important!), nice clean lines in the interior. I came here to work on something while getting my car detailed at Snells. They are very friendly here.

Yesterday I forgot my wallet. The worst feeling and embarrassing thing to happen when you are in the drive thru... I pulled off to the side to see if I could get Google pay to work quick. I see in my side mirror the drive thru worker walking up to my truck. She says "don't worry, it's on me". I tried to tell her no and she insisted and had the brightest smile on her face. Kayla brought me to tears on my way back to work because of her kindness. What a selfless and amazing person that put a smile on my face! Kayla, never stop being the positive and kind person you are. We need more of you in this world 😊

Great family experience. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms that smell like cinnamon when you walk in.

The place was nice it's clean the people were nice we were they were training in somebody and he was nice too the bathrooms were clean I'm with my family and it's a great family restaurant

Dairy Queen Mankato is always a pleasant experience. The food sometimes gets to our table before we do! The staff are friendly and helpful. The management team and owners are always eager to please. If you are unhappy with your order in any way, they'll make it right. The cakes are superb!

Fast, efficient, polite service. Clean restaurant and parking lot. And of course, a delicious Blizzard on the hottest day of summer. I’ll be back.

This place is surprisingly nice for a fast food joint. I would still consider this more of an ice cream shop than anything but I do like there food. There is a lot of space to sit inside so if you have a big group or want to sit in a slightly secluded spot then this Dairy Queen should serve you well. The staff are also surprisingly nice.

The food is always really great here! I don't think I've ever been disappointed.

Everything is so clean, and the staff are always friendly. I LOVE their Strawberry Malts which I always enjoy on my trip home. Amy is great at making people feel welcomed.

Stopped in tonight for dessert. The drive thru line was long but they were speedy. The staff has adjusted well to the covid-19 restriction of drive thru only.
