I needed to get my roof replaced due to hail damage and I have been really impressed with RJI's work on my house in the past (2 times prior to this replacement - not all for my roof). I didn't hesitate for a second and called RJI and they came out and took care of everything quickly and the quality was top-notch! All of the employees that I worked with were wonderful, and Andrew R. was especially great to work with. RJI will be my first and only call if I need work done in the future.

From the time spent with our insurance adjusters to the time spent ensuring that the colors for roofing materials, garage doors, facias,and gutters were a correct match.

RJI provided professional roofing and siding services. From the Sales Representative to the construction workers were extremely competent. They kept to the scope of the contract and notified me of any potential changes in the construction schedule. The job was completed without a need for any rework. The company was very familiar with insurance procedures and were patient with payments delays due to the insurance process. If you can get Mr. Romero as a sales representative or project manager, he'll make the process easy and seemless.

We had our roofing and siding replaced due to Hail damage. They sent someone out to look at the damage and estimate the repairs he was so kind and friendly. RJI worked with our insurance company so we did not have to deal with that. First repair was our roof. Supplies were delivered ahead and the people that did the repair were amazing hard worker never took a break had damaged shingles off and new ones on and were done in like 6 hrs. RJI come before, during and after make sure everything was right. Second come the house siding another amazing job. I will say not everybody is perfect but they were a few little issues but if you called them they returned your call and fixed the issue within a day again great customer service. All the people we had to work with worker wise and RJI company wise were so kind and friendly and YES we would recommended them to others. Great job RJI keep up the great work and customer service.

RJI made significant improvement in the appearance of our home, and in a timely manner. All of the soffits were replaced and chutes added for much improved ventilation of the attic. I needed this done to help prevent ice dams during the snowy months. They also wrapped all of the fascia and all of the window and door trim. This made a great improvement in the appearance of the house and I no longer need to paint these areas! Also new rain gutters and downspouts were replaced with product which is very high quality. I am well pleased with the work that was done and the efficiency with which it was completed.

Everyone was so professional and supportive at RJI. I can't even tell you the response time was awesome and they advocated for me and listened to me along every step of the way. Professional, kind, and awesome! Responsive and wonderful. I knew nothing about the process so I feel good that they were there every step of the way!

I needed a new roof for my house and 3 car garage. They were fast and completed the job in two days! What really impressed me was how they cleaned up everything. One gutter was damaged and they came back and fixed it. Completely satisfied

We had some hail damage that included roof replacement, painting the house, new gutters and small wood repairs. Working with RJI was very easy. They dealt with the insurance company, twice + +! Made sure we understood how the process worked. When the crew arrived to do the work they were super professional. Their subcontractors have been outstanding also! Great company equates working with other great companies. Still in the process and very satisfied.

I had a tree limb go through my roof late last fall. RJI came out the same day to patch the hole and ensure I was safe through the winter… since the temperatures were too cold for a full roof repair.
When they returned the nest year to do the repair, in warmer weather, the entire team was so friendly, professional, polite, and efficient. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. The repair crew was courteous, hard-working, and did a wonderful job keeping the site clean… then did a last round of cleaning leaving my decks and yard better than when they arrived!

We needed our roof replaced after hailstorms passed through this spring. We put our trust into RJI and are so pleased with the outcome. They explained the insurance process so well. They did a great job of replacing the shingles and taking the old away, which was expected. But what I appreciated was them being available when I had questions before, during and after. They followed up as promised.

I was hit with a severe storm with golf ball size hail, had damage to my roofs, windows and other things. RJI was on the scene for all the repairs. I also had three new windows installed. The RJI crews where awesome to have around to do the repairs. They where very friendly and professional on everything aspect of the job. All the installation was above standards, cleanliness was Great and complete. Very happy with the work that was completed. I would recommend RJI in the future. RJI was the only company willing to come help me during this peak season with an emergency skylight replacement. I couldn't be more grateful to Joel for fitting me in the schedule so quickly. Trevor and his team did an excellent job and were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

We had some hail damage and the entire roof needed to be replaced. RJI made it so easy. They dealt with the insurance company. They walked us through what the insurance adjuster saw and explained each line item. For something you just don't want to deal with, having to replace a roof because of weather, it was such an easy process. RJI did an excellent job on replacing our roof and other issues from storm damage. They kept fighting for us with our insurance company and was able to get our new roof installed very quickly. I will use them again if we need to have any repairs to our house.

RJI did a great job on our roof. Our salesman, Wes, was very patient with all our questions. The staff at RJI took care of dealing with our insurance company and made the project go smoothly. We wanted to delay our project start date a bit - and RJI followed through and did the work when we wanted it done. Getting a new roof is a messy project - no way around that - and I will admit I was worried about how things would look when they were done, but once RJI was done, everything was cleaned up and looked great. We had one very minor issue that wasn't a huge deal to me, but when I mentioned it to the staff at RJI - they came out that same week and took care of it. No questions. Thank you RJI. Code: 123
