Faun lake association

We have been owners for over a year now. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. I plan to pass our cottage on to my family.

I would love to just keep it as a private community with only owners. But looks like in recent years and recent changes to rules the association has allowed for owners to Airbnb their cottages. this can and does change the community. I would hope they would reconsider this.

I see here people mourning the tragedy of a life lost too soon and blaming Faun Lakers for the destruction of a memorial. I have to say I think this out of character of any faun laker. Why would any adult do this? And to blame a whole community for one person who seems like no one knows. Seems unreasonable. My heart ges out to her family. I’d love to help rebuild the memorial. Out of love and respect for the family and for my faun lakers.

We own property at Faun Lake. Our quiet place in the woods. Great community of young and old. Volunteers, teamwork, compassion, friendships make this community work. Ww love being close to nature and the nice friends we have made.

I didn’t even want too give a 1 star review but. If you can’t even respect the deceased (who also happened too work for you) who only passed away sadly 2 years ago on the EDGE of your property than how can you respect the customers you get. You know Coris memorial wasn’t bad business, THIS is bad business Faun Lake and that’s on you. How disgusting. And I don’t think you deserve any business after an ordeal like this. Give her belongings too the family. Have some respect 🙄.

Faun Lake believe it is appropriate to demolish a memorial made in memory of a deceased young woman. The memorial was destroyed before Memorial Day. Previously, this memorial remained for two years, and the site was beautifully decorated with flowers and well taken care of. This destruction is immoral and heartless.

Based off your disrespecting the dead. I will never come here.
