Friendly staff. Excellent care. Dr. Zain is wonderful. Gentle, caring, explains what needs to be done in an understandable manner. I highly recommend her and this practice.

I loved the first impression of Dr. Neshiwat. He was real and honest. Rosemary the office manager is so nice, friendly, helpful, and always accomidating. Dr. Sigona is by far the best dentist I've ever had. He's kind, compassionate, and honest.

The dental staff are always incredibly nice here, gentle, and do top-notch work. I'd definitely recommend them for anyone, especially those who have anxiety with dentistry- they are calming, personable, and so proficient they make it go by quickly.

I would give Hopewell Dental 5 stars hands down for their care, consideration, professionalism, and expertise while in the chair.

My family has been going here for years. EVERY SINGLE TIME I cringe at the thought of having to deal with the 'office manager'/receptionist.

We won't be returning until she retires. :)

I had an appointment set and before I could even explain to the receptionist I wanted to check if they where in network she was quick to say “ let’s cancel your appointment then reschedule at a later time” . It took me less than 6 min to verify the dentist was in fact in network. The attitude of the receptionist was extremely rude. She didn’t seem to want to bothered with anything. I called and canceled. I can’t imagine having all the work I need done in such an uncomfortable, insensitive environment.

Dr. nesheiwat might as well just say " just pay me, I can care less about your opinion." He talks AT you, not TO you, and if you have a difference of opinion, he shames you." Massively arrogant with absolutely horrible bedside manner. The people at the front desk are so nasty and patronizing. And the work they do is in-line with medicad doctors. Save your money and go to facility deserving of your hard earned money, you will thank me later. (Fyi..I am reading some of the other positive reviews and I know they are paid reviews as I recognize them from other facilities reviews. Dr. Nesheiwat will probably say that I have the wrong Dr., not true. It's 100% him and his office in hopewell, NY.

Unfortunately I had to come to this office because my insurance changed and I could no longer see my regular dentist who was the best. I have been a patient here at Hopewell dental long enough to know it’s run by poor management. The manager is down right unprofessional one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant person I have ever met. You are lucky if she doesn’t come cross your path. Fix what’s bothering you in your life then maybe you can give off positivity to others. I believe the owner of this practice is aware of this and doesn’t care to change anything therefore I’m leaving the office. The doctors seem kind but I was misdiagnosed with two cavities. I had a feeling they were wrong. So I went to two other dentist who told me no I do not have cavities. So I hate to believe they would tell me I have cavities just to get money from me, even though I see they are not busy at all. I’m going to say it was just a mistake on their part, because I don’t want to get more upset with this office. I do not recommend them no way.

Got my routine clean I had a 4:15 appointment. I called ahead stating I might be a few minutes late. They told me I couldn't be a few minutes late Dr.Tola will be leaving at 5:10 so I managed to make it on time! When I got there they bought me back after 10 minutes and had me wait in the patients room for 45 minutes!!!!!! I went to the front desk to ask what was going on!? And they totally started scrambling and then showed up Dr Tola apologizing for the wait and that she had no idea I was waiting. I was concerned cause I knew she was done at 5:10 which I stated and she said it was not a problem. My whole cleaning was done in a rush, I had water splashed down my neck she even managed to cut me on the side of my lip which I didn't noticed cause I was rushed out! What an awful experience never ever going back!
