Craig's Plumbing & Heating

I called last night to schedule a drain clean for today. Spoke to Melissa who scheduled my appointment, she was professional and courteous. The 2 technicians were friendly, & efficient. I have used Craig's in the past and I highly recommend this company.

Great communication, great service. Knowledgeable, respectful. I am really not sure of going Price and what is reasonable but the job has to he done and they got it done. Its worth the price for all the qualities o mentioned above. I definitely would hire them again.

We contacted Craig's on a Sunday morning because our AC unit was not functioning. We didn't expect a service call being as this occurred during a heat wave, expected to be in the lower 90's that particular day. We not only received a call back but had a technician at our door within the hour. Frank showed up with the best possible attitude for someone working on a Sunday morning and was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes and have the unit running within a half hour. We couldn't be more happy with the whole experience and highly recommend their services.

My in laws were coming down to stay with us during Easter weekend and of course the night before they were expected to arrive I had no hot water. I immediately panicked and jumped on Google. Luckily I found Craig's Plumbing! I spoke with a woman by the name of Jill she was super helpful and eased my anxiety. She understood my time sensitive situation and had someone in my basement within an hour!! Reasonable rates and excellent customer service!

Ronnie Stirpe and Tyler Chamberlain were great. They were professional, friendly and answered all my questions to their best ability.
They came out in the middle of a snow storm to help us out with a clogged sewage main. I cant rave enough about their excellent customer service. Thank you so much guys!

I highly recommend Craig’s Plumbing and Heating. I had a leak coming from the roof on the first floor of our home underneath a shower on the 2nd floor and feared the worst. On the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Craig’s who sent out two men who were prompt and professional. They quickly diagnosed where the leak was coming from and made the necessary repairs and then tested the new connections to make sure everything was working properly. The fee was reasonable and well worth it.

Outstanding work.

I had called for some repairs and they came in with a fair price. They were able to start immediately. The job turned out to be bigger -than I had thought. When all was said and done I got alot more than I expected for the same agreed to price.
I highly recommend them for repairs and have since used them at relative's home for a new heating and cooling system install.
They were able to do the work as soon as the unit was in: during the hottest part of the summer. It was frosty all summer and it is toasty warm now that it's getting cool.
I can do nothing but highly reccomend their work -From experience.
