Syd's Carpet and Snooze Room

We had a great experience at Syd’s Carpet yesterday. We purchased a lovely new very soft sectional. Dee was amazingly helpful and made the purchase process a breeze! She has such a wonderful personality and is very knowledgeable.

We had the BEST experience purchasing not one, but two queen sized mattresses at Syd's. They were so patient and generous letting us try every sample mattress they had in stock. When we learned our order for a king sized mattress may take up to six weeks, they found something on their showroom floor that was comparable and was an even BETTER deal. They gave us free delivery AND set-up the next day and we have been sleeping better ever since. When we need another new mattress, couch or dining set, you can be sure we will go back to Syd's. Don't be shy if you just want to look around their showroom. Our kid had such a great experience, that we go to Syd's every now and then, just to see what's new. Their sales team are so kind and welcoming: you will not feel awkward to look around or get pressured to buy. Just go to have a great experience. You will likely find something at a great price!

The space itself is a bit dated, but they have some lovely pieces! We found a beautiful comfy sofa that fits perfectly into our space. It came with five enormous throw pillows and everything was treated with stain-resistant treatment (included), plus, shopping in NH is tax free!! Great service too, the salesperson took their time with us, listening to our requests and guiding us through their inventory. Will def visit again for our other furniture needs.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Syd’s Carpet and Snooze Room. What started as a simple inquiry call to the store ended with the most comfortable mattress set delivered and set up in my home creating the most enjoyable nights’ sleep I could ever imagine. Our Sales person Jess was great to work with and helped with our selections by making sure she knew exactly what we needed. The delivery team were awesome, making sure we were happy with the furniture and taking care when delivering. I would recommend Sydney to all my family and friends.

A huge show room with plenty of options to look at. When we came in to purchase, maybe 20 to 30 minutes before close, Jess was there with great energy and helped us through the process quickly and efficiently. We love our new mattress!

Syd’s was great! They worked with me to get a specific couch that I wanted that they had to search for. They found it, placed the order and delivery was prompt once they received it. We will be returning there for our next furniture purchase.

We needed a new mattress/bed in a hurry. My husband was coming home from the hospital before we were ready. We needed first floor accommedations to limit steps and bathroom accessiblity. Syd's had a firm mattress and mattress pad available. So I made my choice. They were booked for delivery on the day we needed it but Dee understood my desperation and rearranged things so a delivery could happen the morning I was to pick my husband up. My family and I appreciate the empathy Syd's staff exhibited it was an amazing relief when stress levels were at an all time high. Thank you Dee and delivery staff for getting us out of a tough spot. The initial recovery at home was eased by a firm and comfortable mattress delivered in a prompt way. They made it happen. Our thanks to the Syd's team for excellent service.

Syds carpet and snooze room is a great place to buy from. Like kitchen table and chairs. Living room furniture and bedroom furniture. The staff are very friendly and they also will help you with any questions you may have.

Best furniture store in our area! Being able to buy furniture Made in America is a huge plus, the quality is excellent, and the service was wonderful too.
