David showed up to replace 2 cartridges in my shower handles, first he didn't have the proper "plumbing " tools and had to go to the local hardware store to get what he needed, then he didn't have the cartridges so he had to leave again to try and find them. He then comes back without them and says he'll just have to replace the washers and orings. He was gone for an hour and a half to 2 hours then it took him approximately 15 to 30 minutes to actually do the job. Then he wants $255 for the job, 2 hours labor. Save your time and money and definitely go with someone else. And to top it all off its still leaking.
