O'Neill's Shire Pub

My family and I came here 2 days in a row. That’s how great this place was. After moving our son into SUNY Delhi, this was the perfect spot to kick back and relax in. We enjoyed some drinks along with their slamming garlic parm wings (pro-tip: tell them you want them extra crispy.) Their shrimp tacos were a hit too! We enjoyed the atmosphere/service very much too :)

Solidly built in two levels. The bar is in the front with high-top tables. About six beers on top. Friendly waitstaff. Succulent desserts and decent entrées. Clean bathrooms and fast, passworded wi-fi. No al fresco seating to date. On October 3rd, 2020 the Delaware County Libertarian Party hosted Larry Sharpe at this location.

Excellent service, our waiter was super friendly and attentive. Food was delicious! Enjoyed Ramen, Shire Burger and Fish & Chips. Will definitely return

Prompt and attentive service. Welcoming atmosphere. Limited menu but the burger was very delicious. Cajun wings were tasty.

Homely place at which family and friends rendezvous on the regular. Wholesome food at reasonable prices (fish and chips ordered during this review), and several beers on draft. Clean bathroom. Drinks were good and the wings were outstanding. Very clean local bar with good service and food.

Great tasting food and some good service. I had the kale and prawn special and very much enjoyed it.

Nice pub in Delhi. We had a nice meal here and they have a decent selection of local beer and cider.

Wonderful food! Love the music, either live or otherwise. Plus the waiter had really nice hair! You have to try their burgers!

Amazing food and atmosphere! So glad we came to visit after a college tour at SUNY Delhi. The wings and artichoke dip were amazing. The service was great too!

You can eat inside or out.. You can bring the dog.. Best Hamburgers in NY and Best Grilled Salmon.. Service-- A+ eating here for years. Never had a bad meal....

Had the shire burger. Ordered rare. Came perfectly rare. Hard to find a rare burger. Came with a huge serving of fries. Server was great. Would highly recommend this pub.

Can't say enough good things about O'Neill's Shire Pub.
Was here for a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner. The food was the freshest and the chef made the best homemade green goddess dip in the world! (I was given a small container to take home!). Besides the chef offering a culinary sensation our bartender was the bestest!

Fantastic home cooked pub food! Had the absolute best white flatbread ever. Super nice bartender, and great selection of on tap. Delhi might not be "on the map" but if your travels find you hungry near by, O'Neill's is definitely worth the stop.

Love the pub vibe! Their food was also very good. They have a great selection of craft brews. Only downside was the country music playlist. I can't stop singing Shania Twain now...

Better than average pub grub and the best fries in Delaware County. There's always a great beer and cider selection, and you can expect friendly service and good daily specials.

Great food, service, and atmosphere every time. The specials are updated frequently and are always fantastic.

our lunch was pretty darn good. we had pull pork sandwich with yummy French fries. I would definitely come again. they were very attentive with making sure we were happy and had plenty to drink.

Very good in the pub-type class of restaurants. Food prepared exactly as requested, reasonable prices for both food and drinks, coupled with friendly and efficient service.
