The entire team at J. Vincent is absolutely amazing! We visited Joe after some challenges with another jeweler. He took the time to speak with us about what we were looking for in an engagement ring and was so patient in showing us options (and we looked at a lot of options). We fell in love with some loose stones and his team created the most beautiful rings using them. We are absolutely obsessed with the final product! I am so happy we went to J Vincent to work with Joe and his team, they true jewelry masters and make the entire process so easy and fun.

Designing an engagement ring for your future wife can be a very stressful activity. You need to find/create a diamond ring as perfect and beautiful as the women wearing it. Working with Joe at J. Vincent Jewelers was an amazing experience and took all the pressure away from the process. J. Vincent Jewelers could have have created a more amazing engagement ring for me and my fiancé.

I recently needed a cross for my goddaughters christening. I have been to J Vincent before and knew they would have a great selectio. As expected, there were several beautiful options across price points. Even more than that, the service was great. Eric was attentive and helpful walking me through the options. I appreciated that he took time with me to find exactly what I need. They even took extra time to polish my wedding and engagement rings, which was very kind. Highly recommend this jeweler!

We have been customers of Joe’s for several years and have always been impressed with the jewelry we’ve purchased. Undoubtedly, Joe and his staff are very knowledgeable experts in their craft. They are also genuinely considerate and kind people. I visited the store today to replace my father’s ring guard on his wedding band and Joe refused any payment for it. A few months ago I had my gold wedding band stretched, and they wouldn’t accept a payment for that service either. While some might perceive these gestures as trivial, they embody Joe and his staff’s inherent generosity, setting J Vincent Jewelers apart from others in the industry. Thanks again Joe!

My entire family and I just LOVE J Vincent. They are our go to for all things jewelry. Thank goodness my sister took my fiance there for my engagement ring because of course i ended up with the most unique and special piece. I am beyond obsessed! The staff is incredibly welcoming and make you feel like the most important part of their day each visit. I could not recommend this place more!

I absolutely love and trust getting my jewelry from them. I’ve had custom pieces as well as pieces that were in store ready to go. They have a wide selection in various price ranges! I absolutely love my little heart necklace from my little boys, and I love my more expensive custom pieces from my husband! You won’t be disappointed when you step into the shop, and you won’t be overwhelmed by pushy sales people (which is usually my main complaint when jewelry shopping). Everyone that works there is so friendly and easy going, I can actually enjoy shopping and trying things on without feeling rushed or pushed into a sale!

Joe and Laura are absolutely amazing!! I had my grandmother’s engagement ring reset and they brought my vision to life. They also helped pair it with an anniversary band upgrade that make the whole look more modern and more me. They are very knowledgeable in their craft and the work they do is phenomenal. I’m already working on getting another piece of jewelry redone! They also have beautiful pieces on display. The customer service is the best and I can’t wait for my next J Vincent piece!

The team at J. Vincent Jewelers is so wonderful! I brought in my 10-month-old daughter to have her ears pierced. She has special needs, and they were so incredibly patient and accommodating — and on top of that, they did a beautiful job! I am so grateful and will definitely be back soon.

Simply the best. I originally came to J Vincent to have my engagement ring and band resized. After stopping at a few jewelry shops prior, I knew the second my husband and I walked in we were in the right place. Everyone at J Vincent was so nice and accommodating. Justine helped me design the perfect ring, she was so sweet and knew exactly what I was looking for! Joe and Justine really took their time with us to go over exactly how I wanted the rings to look and I couldn't be happier! I also couldn't help browsing a bit and ended up buying an additional stack ring as a push gift for having my first son. Their jewelry really is so unique and beautiful! Our most recent visit was today. I normally don't write reviews, but I really felt that I needed to express just how wonderful our experience was. We showed up (no appointment) Lisa greeted me right away, I explained my rings needed to be resized again after giving birth to my second son LOL. She quickly handled that and had my engagement ring resized while I waited! It was super quick, I couldn't believe it! I also explained I needed a very sentimental cross repaired (it was my late cousins that was passed down to me) She said no problem and carefully packaged that up for the jeweler to fix. I couldn't stop staring at this beautiful dainty cross by the checkout. I am passing the repaired cross down to my son for his baptism and this cross was just staring me in the face. I asked Lisa to take a look at it and we worked on pairing it with the perfect chain. I held my breath waiting to hear the price and I was so happy with how reasonable it was. While all this was going on, it was nice to see the happily engaged couples coming in to pick up their engagement rings and wedding bands!! If you want a trust worthy jeweler, with incredibly unique/beautiful pieces, and unparalleled customer service, look no further!

Everyone at J Vincent Jewelers is phenomenal. I’ve been a long time fan of their work and recently, for the first time, worked with them to create a custom piece. They were incredible to work with and really took the time to make sure they were making my engagement ring dreams come true. So thankful I went to J Vincent!

Joe worked with my fiancé, Art, to create the most amazing, unique & special engagement ring that I am looking forward to wearing for the rest of my life. Art said that he was incredibly patient, very knowledgeable about his line of work & as reliable as they come. He was a great communicator in terms of letting Art know the status of the ring & all things necessary to know throughout the buy process. He told Art that if we ever needed anything, he is always there, whether it be to clean the ring, look at it to make sure everything is in place, etc. We are looking forward to going back to Joe when it comes time to buy our wedding bands and are looking forward to seeing what he can create for us then. I highly recommend Joe as your go-to jeweler if you are looking for a one of a kind experience!

I was recommended to this jewelery by word of mouth orginally and was able to work with Joe Brando. Joe and his staff provided nothing short of professionalism, experience, and enthusiasm. They were understanding and accommodating to my budget and put in a real effort in finding an engagement ring that matched my criteria. My favorite moment that really provided an insight on how this jeweler operated was when I close to purchasing a ring and Joe had asked me for a timeline. Upon revealing I wasn't proposing until months later, Joe had advised me to wait a little bit. He informed me that worse case if the diamond I had picked sold, he would work to find another that was equal or better. And that he was able to fulfill his promise. To me, it showed the character of a man whose first instinct isn't to just push off a diamond to a customer as quick as possible, but to work with each individual as best as he possibly can. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

You will not find a better jeweler! A true master of his craft! Talented, gracious, intuitive, honest, humble and sincere. Joseph is the best at what he does and Laura is amazing. After thinking about it for years I went to J. Vincent to have a coupe of old rings with great sentimental value re-designed. The minute I walked in I knew I found something special. I ended up with 2 beautiful new rings from the old pieces. My (now) fiancé 😊 was so thrilled with the experience he went back to Joseph for my engagement ring. My fiancé says it was not only an amazing experience, but one of the best in his life! My ring is spectacular and we could not be happier...it is everything I ever wanted in a diamond ring. The reason that I write this review is to share a delightful experience at J.Vincent Jewelers. Few days ago, I visited the place to shop a necklace for my birthday gift. As soon as I entered the place, I was welcomed by friendly and kind staffs. The place was very clean and well organized. As I was walking around, I was so impressed by the various kinds of necklaces, bracelets, rings etc., there were so many beautiful designs, and my eyes were wide open. When I was not sure which one to pick, the owner came close to me, and explained all the details and subtle differences of each design. He was so honest, knowledgeable, and polite. I am so appreciate for the kind staffs and owner, for their patience and friendly service. I highly recommend this place as the best jewelry shop. This place have great people, and top notch service. No doubt.
