Great place to live. I was a tenant for two years and it has been a great experience! Sam is extremely responsive and maintenance requests were addressed promptly. Rent was affordable for a quality living space.

When I was first looking for an apartment, Sam the landlord went above and beyond and even helped me consider other places to rent. That's when I knew I had a good service on my hands. I elected to live with "randos" over my two years at the apartment and had an absolute blast! Of course every roommate has their moments, but I would highly recommend. It was a great growth experience. Sam was always very fast to respond and easily accessible via phone and email. Prices were great, as were amenities!

I was nothing but pleased when working with my landlord Sam, and I’m very fortunate to have found such a great place to live for two years. I highly recommend renting from him as he’s been so kind to my roommate and I during our stay and if there were any minor issues that needed to be fixed around the house, he was able to help! If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, easy to communicate with, and just an all around great person to rent from, Sam is your guy.

I rented an apartment under Legends Living for over 2 years and have no complaints at all! Sam was very responsive, understanding, and every interaction we had was very pleasant. I've rented from several other people in La Crosse previously, and Legends was by far the best. Definitely recommend!

Nice apartments at a really affordable price, and off street parking available at my current property! The landlord has also agreed to help me with my car getting towed, too! It’s been a great first year here, and here’s to a few more!

Good quality apartment at an affordable price. Only downside so far living there 6 months is how thin the walls are. Reasonably fast attention to maintenance requests. Great to have both a dishwasher and W/D in unit. Safe and secure building.
