Generac Generator Install - AK Aire did a great job on the sizing, ordering and installation of the whole house generator. They are the only company I will use. They are professional, friendly and stand by their work. Also, their pricing is competitive.

AK Aire LLC honestly has to be one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They were accommodating to our schedule and also provided a level of service that was by far superior. The plumber that came to my home was very nice and professional. He fixed the job in a very quick fashion and had no problem educating me on the part that needed to be replaced. Payment was smooth and receipt sent in a matter of minutes and the service was extremely affordable. I could not have had a better experience. We now also know they do HVAC and have electricians so I am sure we will meet again.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to give a shout out! AK AIRE DESERVES A 5 star in every way ! Kelly came out and gave me an estimate and took her time explaining everything and offered a suggestion for me to get better cooling upstairs . The office staff is very efficient in replying to emails and pleasant on the phone . The installers were on time, pleasant and neat ! Allan was amazing and extremely knowledgeable ! I honestly have never dealt with an outside contractor that cares about the customer and appears to be very honest. I found Ak Aire from a recommendation and they were 💯 on the money!

Called on Friday the day after thanksgiving because my heater wasn’t working. It was 59 degrees in the house. They arrived about two hours after the call and fixed it within two hours after arrival. Highly recommended!

Beside incredible mechanical skills, the sensitivity to my drama over our generator malfunction - leaving me in an over the top panic about potential flooding without a sump pump and 3 ref/freezers melting - is so very appreciated. I was overwhelmed and despite it being a holiday weekend, and a Friday no less, Alan came to my rescue late in the evening (after working all day at another job quite far from our house) and temporarily restored power and ordered the replacement part. Alan always takes everything calmly in his stride (unlike me), has confidence in his ability to fix what is broken - even when it not just a plumbing or electrical issue - but my anxiety too!!! We are so very very grateful to have the entire AK Aire team only a phone call away! Not all heroes wear a cape - some drive a truck filled with "emergency" supplies:-) and awesome skills!!!

I chose AK AIRE LLC to replace my 28 yr. old central air system and I am VERY glad that I did. Not only did Kelley ( co - owner) provide us with a very fair estimate that beat the others,she was patient, courteous and honest in doing so. On top of that, she spent 2 weeks on a daily basis tracking down the particular unit I was interested in rather than trying to sell me another one. This was no small task given the current shortage of available products.

Allan ( co-owner) and Charles showed up today as scheduled and proceeded to work all day without breaks and installed my new system without a hitch. They were efficient,courteous and neat. Allen took the time to answer any and all questions and provided me with a great level of comfort that the job was done well. At the end of the day, you couldn't tell anyone was here.

I no longer have to worry about who I will select for my A/C, heating, generator or electrical needs. I strongly recommend that you consider this company. You will be very satisfied.

Explained current heating issues and provided good options to meet my budget. Installation was done promptly and no corners cut. Kelly did the estimate and proposals and Alan and Noah worked extra hours to ensure our comfort with a cold spell on the way. Very happy with the whole experience.

Just had them do a major rewiring of my 100-year-old home. They were professional, efficient, and courteous and they did a great job. We had a clear explanation of what to expect and the possible cost beforehand, and they were fine with answering our questions as the work progressed. An electrician/generator specialist, Charles, was known to us for over 5 years while working for another firm; he is now with AK and is terrific. AK is lucky to have him.

We have been spoiled and have come to expect excellent professional services, personal kindness, etc. and once again, Alan and AK did not disappoint. We are now officially on the family plan where AK handles all of our electrical and plumbing needs as well as our son's in his new home.

AK Aire did a ton of work on our house...they've installed ac, replaced pipes, replaced our boiler and water heater with high efficiency models, etc. They were always professional, on time, and worked hard. The work they did was high quality and done well. Just amazing service all around! I can't say enough good things about them! I can't recommend them enough!

AK Aire replaced our AC + heater unit and water heater . They did a great job and were a pleasure to deal with. One day I messed up a setting on the electronic thermostat that made the fan noisy. The owner, Alan, came by the same day in the evening and fixed it. I highly recommend them, they take great care of their customers.

I added a second water heater and followed up by having them install a humidity system. The whole team is top notch from installation, service and support.

I found them on HomeAdvisor initially because they had the best reviews out of the pack, and had 60+ verified and perfect reviews. Most of us just want to get great service at a fair price. I liked them out of the gate and honestly didn't even care about getting competitive quotes. I knew they would take great care of me. They have.

Ak Aire has been a pleasure to work with. Kelley was extremely helpful and took the time to provide us with different options when giving us an initial quote. She was very organized and presented the options clearly. Her team showed up on schedule and was extremely patient while taking the time to thoroughly explain the work that took place as well as what was going on throughout the entire process. They all worked hard and managed to have our AC and Furnace installed in a timely manner despite the unideal weather. Overall,very happy with the outcome, highly recommend!

I was interested in replacing my complete HVAC system- Kelly came by and gave us an estimate including whole house humidifier and new hot water system. We were very pleased with everyone's professionalism and curtious service. Fast, professional, answered all our questions, helped and explained in detail the new digital thermostat. I would recommend them again and again.

My AC died during a 95 degree week streak. Sadly, I was gouged by Gold Medal when I had no other option, and they are just focused on taking you for as much as they can.

On the complete opposite side of the spectrum, I worked with AK Aire’s Kelley (co-owner), and she could not have been more helpful, kind and compassionate as I figured out my issues. She troubleshooted with me on the phone until someone was able to come out for an estimate, and honestly cared about my family. On what seemed like her day off! I do not run into many companies who have such wonderful people working there.

If you ever need someone for your AC needs, her company is one to have on your short list.

I am a third time return customer. As my experiences, AK Aire is not cheaper than others. But the price they asked was fair and worth.
Most of all, AK Aire is reliable, responsable and professional. They don't play dirty trick.

I’ve only had great experiences with AK Aire! To begin with, Alan was a gentleman to deal with when I was shopping for HVAC replacement. Kelley is always helpful and extremely courteous. Ralph is the technician who came for service visits and he’s very courteous and knowledgeable. Jessica was very helpful in scheduling my appointment. The only person with whom I’ve had an issue dealing with over the phone was Dawn.

Very reliable, reasonable and attentive. We had to use them on several occasions and they always exceeded expectations . we had the water Heater replaced and AK Aire did the same at a very competitive price . Also had the Pressure testing done on my gas lines which was accomplished with their help and service . Jessica in particular was very helpful . Would not hesitate to use their services in future.

The fan on our AC condenser unit stopped working two years ago in the middle of a summer heat wave. I noticed an AK Aire truck across the street at a neighbor's home. When I called for an appointment, they were very polite and quickly added us to their repair list. They accepted the condenser information I gave them so we didn't need to pay for a "let's see what's wrong" visit. I was told the unit was older and not typically installed in my area. A special fan needed to be ordered. I told them I was very concerned. In a few days, they were able to obtain and modify another fan to use in the repair. Having dealt with HVAC repairs on the job, I felt their response was very fast and the cost very fair.

The following summer, the unit went out again. Again, they were very responsive. And well, I was ready to pay for another new fan or a brand new unit. They showed up, changed the capacitor and in a few minutes, my wife had the cooling comfort she needed.
