Karlo is professional, knowledgeable and honest. one of the drains had a difficult access, and he found a way to fix it perfectly, when another plumber said he could not do it. He did a great job on everything he worked on in my house. And he is very reasonable. I would not use anyone else now that I has seen his work.

For the past three or so years I have been using Karlo Brothers Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. As I live in an older home, one might imagine I have had needed their services numerous times, for jobs big and small. They have CONSISTENTLY provided prompt, professional, and excellent services. They are extremely knowledgeable and they take time to explain the causes and solution for the problem, as well as proactive measures we can take to help avoid further issues . Their prices are fair and affordable. I never hesitate to recommend them as I trust their work wholeheartedly.

I had an excellent experience with Karlo. His professionalism, his manner, honesty and fair price is a kind of service that it’s not easy to find these a days. When we moved to our new house there was a smell in our garage that no other handy guy who came to work for us could find out the reason. At some point we thought it may be a gas leak and we called PSEG and as an emergency precautions the guy came and inspected no gas leak. Desperately looking for an answer a family member referred Us to Karlo and brothers. As soon as he came he found out the problem and fixed it. My husband saw his magic work and for that reason he asked him to replace some other pipes in the house and add an extra faucet out door for us. He did all the work fast, neat and charged us really fair. Thanks to God for people like him who can help you when you are in trouble in a new house. We will always go back to him in the future and refer him to others.

Karlo fixed the leakage under my kitchen sink. He did not do a patch work but sorted out the root of the issue. He is very nice and he explains the job step by step. He guarantees his work. This is my first time working with Karlo. I would go back to him for plumbing work.

Karlo and Brothers provided THE BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had dealing with a plumber. I called on Monday night and explained the issues we were dealing with. I was told someone would be on site Tuesday morning at 10a. At 10a exactly, Robert (Karlo's brother) was pulling into the driveway. Robert was exceptionally knowledgeable, pleasant, and calm. He clearly explained the cause of each issue and all possible solutions, then worked diligently to resolve the issues. We felt the price charged was very fair, especially for the quality of the work done. In this industry, you get what you pay for. If you are in need of a prompt, honest, high quality plumber, this is the team you want!

I had a very pleasant experience with these guys. The plumber showed up on time, after 5 minutes of looking at my leaky toilet, the plumber realized I did not need any work done other than just tighten a loosen nut in the toilet tank. He did not charge a penny! but also said if it leaks again, he would have to replace both bolts, but then there would be a service fee. I said thats fair enough. It was very nice because most plumbers would falsely think of something to do, or even saying that I need a new toilet. I was very pleased with Karlo brothers plumbing.

called these guys based on some online reviews for some emergency work on our condo. our bathtub was leaking onto our neighbors ceiling. they came out the same day cut my neighbors ceiling to identify the issue then went ahead and made the repairs. made sure everything was good as new before leaving. price was a flat rate price which I felt was fair for the effort they put into the work. all the work is warrantied I will definalty use them again. contractor I used was Robert and his helper who were both polite and eager to remedy the issue.

Beware! Karlo & brothers SERIOUSLY over charged me! Very careless & sloppy work. He "spotted another problem" before he left and gave me an estimate. Thankfully, I got 2 more estimates. First estimate was over the phone and it was HALF of Karlo's estimate. 3rd estimate, the plumber stopped by to take a look and said there was no problem! No need for ANY repair! -- But should I ever need this repair, his estimate was also HALF of Karlo's estimate! WHY do companies rip people off? Don't they realize you will NEVER use them again AND that you will tell EVERYONE you know to stay away?!?!?
I will be using plumber #3 from now on because THEY were honest!! In fact, I already have them lined up for a future project!

Very dissappointed with their attitude towards customer. I had an appointment in the afternoon at 4:00 for a leaky garbage disposal in the sink and when they didn´t show up till almost 5:00, I called. I spoke to Karlos and he said ¨we are sorry we cannot come¨. We are far away and cannot come to your place for a small leak. When I told them that they should have called me earlier as I had depended on them and didn´t contact any other plumber, he just said¨ well I am sorry¨ They are not dependable if you don give them big job.

Please do not go with Karlo & brothers....its a complete RIP off company....All the reviews are fake....they are posted by the owner only...they came to my house for frozen pipe and they charged me $90 just for coming and for thawing he said $600....On top of it he broke my shut off valve rubber due to which i had problems and i had to get it fixed by someone else...Please do not go with them......its complete waste of money....
