Was a walk in for a haircut cut for me my mom and my daughter they worked hard to squeeze us in fast. And a huge shout out to Christi whom was so amazing she went above and beyond. She taught me more about my hair type in the 45 minutes then I've been told in my whole life. I love my cut the products she recommended are working great. Can't wait to need another cut

Quick walk in brow wax and clean up. So glad you were able to get me in right away without an appointment. Huge selection in the store, just wish I had more time to explore today.

Bridget did an amazing job helping my find various products for specific needs. She shade matched me beautifully and I'm really happy with the products she helped me pick out. Super shout out to Colton!
As a guy, I came in with hyperpigmentation and I was so embarrassed to go into a make up store. But the heavy insecurity of having these huge purple spots on my face was too much to bear.
Colton worked with me for TWO hours getting the correct color corrector and foundation. These were some very deep rooted purple spots and my skin tone seems to be right in thr middle of every shade. He was so diligent in making sure it looked good. I mean I cannot explain how hard he worked on getting it nearly perfect. He had help with his manager who in a nutshell was a God send....truly a God send in telling me she doesn't think it'd hyperpigmentation but something else that is rare. That rare disease happens to run in my family. I digress, man, such an awesome experience! The past year I've covered up my face I'm shame, afraid to talk to girls as my confidence was so low. The minute I walked out of Ulta, I felt so renewed!

I went back in because I was having a difficult time getting the foundation to lay without streaks. Colton wasn't there today but Aiden was there and he watched me apply it and corrected me on what I was doing improperly.

Deff gonna be one stop shop for cosmetics!

It's a great place to go and look at men's cologne in women's perfume but the prices are too high and you can find the prices cheaper online

I got my hair cut/colored by Julie today and she was wonderful! She took the time to really understand what techniques were needed to get the result I wanted. It was clear that she knew what she was doing, so I felt safe in her chair. She has a great sense of humor and was very kind. My hair turned out so beautiful... will definitely be going back!

I had such a great experience today with Ash, they were so helpful and patient with me. I have never gotten into makeup until recently and decided it was time for a splurge- and Ash was the best person there to help me. I spend almost 100 dollars and I was so excited to get home and try it. I’m so glad that they were there to guide me, it made my experience a lot less stressful :)

I love coming to Ulta for my lotion and oils. I typically get hemp lotion and jojoba oil for my hair and skin. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I go to Ulta regularly for my haircuts, I've had two different stylists and both of them are amazing and know what they're doing!

I've had my makeup and hair done in the past, and it's been great. Today, I had a facial with Ashlee, and it was outstanding.
She made me feel very comfortable and calm. She explained each product she used, and what it was for. She even helped recommend a new moisturizer for me!
She was very knowledgeable of what she was using, and would stop every now and then to see how I was feeling.
I walked out feeling refreshed and happy! I will definitely be stopping in again!

Layla assisted me tonight (1/10/22) and she was absolutely delightful to be around! She helped me find a new concealer because the one I originally came for was out of stock. She was overall very helpful and extremely kind.

I love the staff and I always love what they always recommend. I needed help finding my color foundation and the eye-brow color and Brand when it was a little into the covid pandemic and the Staff was able to help me pick my Brands and help me match my colors to my face for my products that worked for me.

Even tho most of my make-up products came up to $40-$50 it still works in Me 8 months laters.

Another Great rating was that when my 2nd oldest sister needed help finding her moisturizer product and foundation product the staff was a great help.
Me and my sister have totally different skin types so the staff was able to recommend her the things she needed the staffs are always so nice.

I have shopped a number of Ulta Stores before. The La Crosse Store is head and shoulders above the others. Staff are attentive, helpful but not pushy, professional and know their stuff. A number of times if I can not find a product online is offered and assisted. That makes it nice and easy.

Great place to shop! Employees are very nice, helpful, & very knowledgeable about their products. Store is clean & bright. Love this store!

I got my first haircut here this week after years of using other shops in the area. My experience was excellent! I had a stylist named Jen who went the extra mile to make sure my experience was 10/10. When I was done she helped me pick out some hair products that I will actually use. Overall, the customer service experience was great, and I would recommend the salon to anyone.

I had my hair cut and styled and they did a beautiful job. I have received many compliments on my new hairstyle. I moved here 4 years ago and couldn't find anybody to give me a decent cut and style, my search is over! Thank you Ulta!

I love going to Ulta at the Valley View mall! The staff is so friendly, and always greets me with a smile! They are very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products they have available. To make the experience even better the store is always so neat and organized; making it so easy to find what I need! Overall this store is great and the staff is fantastic!
