Fords Pizza Restaurant

We had a family emergency and traveled from Georgia to NJ; my aunt took us to her favorite- Fords Pizza.

Growing up in NJ we were spoiled by the best cuisine that included great pizza. If you know you understand. This Pizza place is top notch and the pie was old world perfection 👌

We have been living in the area for over 3 years and we hadn’t had good luck with pizza joints until we tried Fords Pizza. Their pizza is DELICIOUS! They are generous with the amount of ingredients and their dough is really good! We order the meet lovers (no meatballs for us) and we are looking forward to try many others!

I have to give a shout out to this pizzeria! On accident they made a mistake with my delivery and did everything they can to fix it! I even think the owner or manager might have delivered it to me himself! Amazing customer service from all the people there and great food! You don't come across good customer service these days and they definitely have it! Highly recommend! 🍕😊

First test of any pizza restaurant you just order a cheese pizza. Second test you order your cheese pizza with something simple like extra cheese extra sauce well done lightly cooked not too crusty.
After the pandemic delivery service has became well less than comparable to the service that I personally have been used to. This includes a lot of my food orders being left outside on the porch as opposed to to my front door.
The delivery driver was exceptionally pleasant and even before tasting the food I knew that I would be ordering from this restaurant again.
Not just the crunchy crust at the bottom, airy middle, real tomatoes, and balanced mix of cheese; This place is a winner.

First of all Everyone at Fords Pizza is very friendly and quick to help you with your order. They have a variety of single slices to tempt and please any palate. I dine there regularly, When I chose to treat myself I indulge with a Calzone with Ham and Spinach. They always seem to brown the top of it perfectly making it just right to cut a hole in and pour in the delicious Red Sauce. Never a disappointment and so refreshing to see so many customers so pleased with what they order. Truly a hometown feel with people who love doing what they do. Visit them and see for yourself.

My BF just got the Sausage, Pepper and Onions sub and he said it's the best he had in a long time. I had the Meatball Parm and that was great also.

Today, we tried fords pizza for the first time
We can’t believe it took so long to try this place. It was great ….We are a pizza family we will order again & again ….. We recommend this pizza 10/10 !!!!

Okay, I'm from Chicago and now travel all over the country as an OTR truck driver. The rest of the country apparently has no taste buds... And seriously stay away from California pizza (you've been warned) so anyway I got a delivery right here in Jersey and this place was a mile away. I had high expectations for the people out here and I was not/am not disappointed! 7 stars for FORD'S pizza. Yeah even better than many in Chicago...

Once again high expectations for my sister states NJ and NY. This is great food, great sauce haven't had in years...

FYI don't expect much from Florida or basically any other parts of the country.

I'm not being biased... Chicago & (Northern Indiana) New Jersey (particularly FORD'S Pizza!) and NYC are the places to eat at!!! Just calling it as it is.

My brother recommended this spot. I enjoyed 2 delicious gourmet slices here.

This is our go to place... Not only will the guys at Fords Pizza use our own vegan cheese to make an awesome pizza, they are amazing pillars of our community including active participation in the annual toy drive for local kids. Great food. Great prices. Great guys. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I did not leave stars for atmosphere as I've never actually been to the restaurant. I order frequently and I have to say that the wait time is very fast and the delivery guy is super friendly. I do miss my pizza place in Brooklyn, but this is my go to here in Edison

Pizza was great! Ordered 2 pies almost an hr before closing and it was ready in 20 mins.

After a long international flight landing at EWR, we needed something quick, healthy and familiar. We found Fords Pizza on google maps, and went for the grilled buffalo chicken and grilled chicken Caesar salads. They were EXACTLY what we needed- delicious! We also had a slice of the lasagna pizza which was excellent. The owner was super friendly. We will definitely be returning to Fords Pizza for a quality meal after long flights.

I'm moving out of the area but while I was living here for a year everyone here went out of their way to take care of me. A great bunch of guys and ladies working behind the counter. Whenever I get a chance to stop in in the future I absolutely will grab some lunch.

THIS PLACE NEVER DISAPPOINTS!
And the prices aren't that bad.
$11 for 2 specialty pizza slices and a Stewart's soda.

Buffalo chicken light cook was EXCELLENT ! Thumbs up to the chef.

One of the best Pizzerias in the area. After my old Pizzeria San Remo had to move I only had a sub par local Pizzeria Stella near me or the chains. It took me quite a while to discover Fords and they are my go to for real pizza. My taste/acceptance of ff chains has waned as their prices increased and quality decreased, the only reason I 'accepted' their pizza. Fords has quality and reasonable prices, you can't beat that.

We are from Toronto we went to order and talked with the owner. He said that I can not eat pizza like theirs in Canada and I said Canadians makes very delicious pizza as well. 😅 we joked a bit each other. After I ate I called and thank them for the delicious pizza.

Best pizza ever. If you haven’t tried it yet your missing out. I normally would take a picture with my review but I always finish my pie before I can.

Food was great! Place could use a bit of an update but who cares pizza was very good.
