I found Dr. Tracey Cresswell very knowledgeable and helpful to advise and counsel me on the choice, features and function of the Oticon Real 2 mini RITE hearing aid for my hearing prescription. The fitting, adjustment and acclimation was easy and practical!

Tracey is the perfect balance between professional and practical. I had no idea that my hearing was bad enough to require hearing aids. I couldn’t have found a better practitioner to walk me through the process. She spends all the time you need with her. She’s always available for questions. She is honest and upfront and thoughtful. I adapted to the hearing aids very quickly because of all the information she gave me; letting me know what issues are normal and how long it takes the average person to adapt. I highly recommend her.

Incredible experience. Cresswell Audiology was referred to us by a friend who needed a hearing aid and was very happy with their experience. My wife was having trouble hearing and Dr. Cresswell was able to fit her with the perfect (invisible) hearing aid. She also did an excellent job training her on all the details and features. Now she can get phone calls directly to her hearing aid. This has been a serious quality life improvement for my wife and our family.
