How cool is it? Way cool!
This little gem is located on North Main Street and offers both indoor and outdoor dining. We were greeted warmly on arrival and served quickly. Lots of goodies to choose from and on weekdays they serve lunch. This place just has a really cool vibe, tons to see and lots to eat. It's not just a bakery it's an experience.

Stopped in as it’s seemingly the last cafe on the way to the Slide Wilderness from that direction. Hard to pass judgement on the sandwiches as we ate them many hours later on the trail, but the ricotta cheesecake and rainbow cookies are two Italian staples from my childhood and they did both very well. The cheesecake was lemony and somewhat custardy, with a bit of a creme brulee finish on the crust of it that added some nice caramelized flavors. The rainbow cookies were just right, properly dense (a lot of places make them as flour cakes instead of incorporating marzipan as you're supposed to) and with good jam and a good hard chocolate shell. It's hard to find foods you've loved since childhood that are as good as you remember them to be. Folks were friendly too and the prices totally reasonable. Didn't try the coffee. Excited to go back next time I'm in the area and keep working my way through the dessert case.

Ellen & Louie are the sweetest!!! Delicious coffee, and Ellen makes the best lemon bars I’ve ever tasted! I wish I could have them delivered to Brooklyn 😭

We had late breakfast/lunch here (they serve breakfast all day!) and the food was delicious. We also got some pastry before and it was delicious as well. The couple who owns the store is super fun and friendly! Thank you so much! We will be back!

Oh my gosh! We stopped in today and had the greatest conversation with the owners. What amazing people who care for their community. We got quite a selection of cookies and cakes that were delicious! Quaint little place with a homey feeling...probably the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had! We'll be back!

Randomly On our way meandering home from a weekend in the Catskills we stopped in for “coffee and something sweet” with my wife and our 3 kids. #1 the roll my egg and cheese came on was amazing, I’d go back just for that. #2 The owners were so friendly, we chatted for maybe 20 minutes and could’ve kept going all day. This may not mean something to many but I felt like I stepped into a Jon Prine song, so welcoming, so nice, the food and coffee were delicious, the world needs more places like this.

My daughter (3) loves their cookies and we just got everything bagels and they were great. Nice to have a great place in Liberty! Also, the staff was super friendly and the inside of the shop is truly a gem. Great taste and great music playing.!

A hidden gem that bakes all their pastries on premises. You have to try their bagels. I absolutely loved it so much that I had to tell the owner. Much better than Dunkin donuts and around the same price.

We have eaten here several times for breakfast/brunch. The food is great and Ellen & Louie make you feel right at home. The omletes, toast are so good cooked to order. Tried the pancakes today with my in laws who visited for the first time. They were fluffy and delicious. Love the restaurants pictures and other decor.

It’s a really nice bakery with a great friendly couple owned and family recipe place. My favorite is the ricotta cheese cake which is a grandparent recipe. The food is local and delicious. I think that this is one of the best cafes in the area. The people are great and the vibe is engerful. I would really recommend it for someone who wants brunch or a quick snack who’s in the area.

Stopped in on the way through town, looking for a good breakfast place. Coffee was fresh and hot with a good variety of options . I had a breakfast burrito which was stuffed and delicious. It was served with homemade potato chips. We also ordered a biscotti which my friend said tasted just like the ones his Italian grandma used to make. The staff was pleasant and pleasing, so much so that when I was hankering for something peanut butter but couldn't quite find what I was looking for, she surprised me with a peanut butter buckeye that was scrumptious and the perfect sweet ending to our encounter.

Cute cozy shop. I had a delicious latte. The beans used were not over roasted like Starbucks. The owners were there. Very nice people.

A friend and I were visiting the area from out of state. We walked to this bakery because we wanted coffee and ended up grabbing some tiramisu also. It was so cozy here, and very friendly. Tiramisu was delicious. We sat outside and enjoyed.

Where do I even begin. Ellen was a dream to work with, and the desserts were devoured by our wedding guests. I contacted Ellen only a couple of weeks before our wedding in Eldred, NY and she came through. We had an assortment of desserts for our wedding and a red velvet cake for the cake cutting. Everything was delicious. Most importantly, Ellen was a pleasure to communicate with. I recommend this bakery a thousand times over; I would give them 10 stars if I could. I’m still dreaming about the desserts. Thanks Ellen, you’re the best!

Floyd and Bobo's Bakery is a large participant in the yearly celebratory Peter Steele's ( lead man for rock band Type O Negative) annual Tree Picnic Celebration held in Prospect Park Brooklyn in October, Halloween and April 14 Pete Steele's day of death remembrance. Both Ellen and Lou have always generously brought pounds and pounds of delicious bakery cakes and cookies to the events over the last 10 plus years. Not only are their bakery goods delicious and tempting, both Ellen and Lou bring along their effivescent personalities, generous nature and down to earth upbringing to the table when at these events, people and fans of Type O Negative come from World Wide to celebrate the life of this dedicated and talented musician and band. Our picnics would not be a hit without the presence of Floyd and Bobo's muncables. Lest we say most all who come to the annual picnics can't resist taking home a little package of multitudes of bakery goods to share with their neighbor's.

As a constant attendee to Pete Steele's Tree Picnic's I've never met two owners who take time to participate personally with their clients, interact and get to know who their patrons are. I've never been to the bakery shop but from personal experience I hear it's the place to stop in town for a bite on the run.
