In searching online for a quality frame, I came across SendAFrame for the first time. So happy I did! It’s been a long time since I’ve seen such customer focus: great inventory selection, fair pricing, transparent policies, and superior customer service. It’s like shopping at your trusted neighborhood store. Highly recommend.

We moved to a small-town last year and made some great friends, when we saw the ornament picture frames my husband and I thought they would be a really nice gifts for Christmas for the new people we met. When our order arrived, the frames looked so nice, but 3 of the frames had problems. My husband was able to fix the glass on the first frame, the second frame, the ornament piece came off of the frame, the third frame was the worse. It actually was missing the top piece of the ornament. I sent an email to the company, and they called me back today. He was the nicest gentleman you would ever want to meet! He stayed on the phone with me for over 20 minutes, he apologized several times and he promised to overnight out a couple of new frames to me. We were upset that the frames we were looking forward to, got messed up, but that happens, the company made it right, and that is the important thing! This was our first order from them, and definitely won't be the last!

SendAFrame had the particular frame I had been searching for online. I ended up buying 3 which were carefully boxed and arrived safely. I am delighted with my purchase and will use this company again in the future.

SendAFrame personnel are the best! Not only did they help with the style of lettering on my Christmas card order (photo folders) but also immediately replaced my printed envelopes which they mistakenly sent out without address printing! They are the best and I have been purchasing from them since 2017!

I have ordered frames and mats from SendAFrame several times over the years. They always exactly fit what I intended to frame, and the frames are good quality wood and meticulously made. Once they sent the mat in white instead of the beige color I had asked for. I told them and they sent me a new one in the correct color without delay. If you write them an email, they will respond promptly. They are pleasant to deal with and very efficiernt.

Frame is just beautiful and shipment was quick.

Recent first time customer. I recieved great service from start to finish. I wanted a very specific frame to match a series that I have. I searched the website but could not locate a larger sized frame. I contacted customer service, and after a few minutes she sent me the item number and made sure I was happy before signing off.
Although part of the order was delayed a week or so, the company communicated frequently and offered me substitutions if it was time sensitive. Let me tell you, it was worth the wait. The frames matched exactly, great quality, and packed properly. No breakage, no scratches. My artwork and matting fit like a glove. Super happy and reasonable as well. Will use again for sure.

Another order filled on time, as soon as the 1 out of stock item was available I placed my order and the entire order was prepared and released the same day. Send a frame was excellent!! The frame itself is beautiful and was purchased as a wedding present. It had been removed from their registry because it was discontinued, but I found it here with this company. I needed it in less than a week and they were not only able to ship it out quickly and have it here with time to spare, they called me after they reviewed my order to verify when I needed it and helped me expedite it and were so incredibly friendly!! I wish I knew the manager’s name, but he was fantastic. Will use again in the future, highly recommend!!
