Helping my Dad add railings and hand rails to his house.Had an amazing associate,Franc come right over and ask if we needed help..walked us to correct aisle,made sure we found all hardware,and cut to order in the blink of an eye!! Very satisfied with his customer service!!

My MIL brought a refrigerator from Lowe’s store # 2382 after her fridge broke a few days before New Years. Manager Patrick swooped in to correct a mishap made by the delivery dept. and her fridge was delivered the next day instead of the 1 week delay she was informed of at the last minute. Patrick is our super hero!!!!

Lowe’s is great. The prices are much lower than Home Depot and the service is pretty good. To me it’s the target of home improvement. Go here instead of Home Depot.

I needed a battery powered saw. Hitachi "metabo" good saw makes the job go alot easier. I checked online there was two in stock. When I got there there was two in stock I hate when you get to a store and they don't have the product even though online it says they do never had a problem with Lowe's

Had 2 very polite, professional, courteous and helpful employees, Brandon and Ronny helping me with getting the bathroom vanity I wanted to purchase down and load it my car.

Couple of weeks ago I had ordered laminate flooring and had issue with an item that was backordered, long story short Brittany the manager I believe went beyond with her patience and helped me with the process, a great employee.

I went to Lowe's in search of a ladder to reach my 12 ft ceiling to change the batteries in my smoke detector. Phil helped me to choose the correct ladder for the job and even took extra time to explain to me how a collapsible ladder works for my safety! He's awesome! I wish more stores hired employees that

Great place. What I don’t find at Other hardware stores, I find at Lowe’s for less. The garden center is amazing. They’ve got huge inventories & vast product selections.
Associates are happy & helpful, they don’t send you away on your own to find what you’re looking for, they actually bring you to the item’s location & answer questions & address your concerns.

I cannot express enough how thankful and appreciative I am to Rick, Elvin and team for their efforts. I had not intended on buy a big piece today but I did and they took it apart and Jenga fit it into my car on a hot day. Above and beyond, and I am grateful. Thank you!

I enjoy going to Lowes. I ran in for some Husqavana treatment. Its all my son will use for his Leaf Blower. I found what I was looking for easily and was on my way out the door in less than 10 mins. Great Store! Always clean and tidy. Great Associates.

I bought two heaters and neither one of them suited my needs for my garage. I also had two propane tanks that were 12 years older wire that I had purchased along with one of those heaters. As I walked up to the return counter I was slightly hesitant that much would be done for me especially without a box to one of the heaters. Well in the world we’re too many complaints and not enough praise is given MNM Nick behind the counter took extremely good care of me. He listened He then he apologized and corrected the situation to the fullest extent of his ability with a great smile and a thank you
