Abra went above and beyond when I was stalled out on the highway… after getting my car and warning, lights came on …I was freaking out! Finally, I was able to start it and drive just a short distance, and they came and made everything right by giving me a loaner car and figuring out the problem, which was none of their problem (something my deceased father had done). Josh assured me that my car was safe to drive out on the highway and if I ever needed anything to call him!! What a lifesaver! And the car itself looked beautiful!

The service that I experienced at Abra was top notch for my Toyota! Mike is super helpful and very knowledgeable. The excellent customer service and care that he displayed is one of kind. There was constant communication via text messages with updates regarding the progress of my repair. My work was minimal as he took care of the entire claim process with my insurance company. The crew there did a great job as my vehicle was completed on time and the best part is that the repairs look great! One can’t even tell that my vehicle was even in an accident.

Started with less than 5 mph bump (trailer 2" receiver) leaving a hole. All sensors and cameras needed replacement. All their effort to get it correct shows.

We were treated very well at Abra Auto Body Shop in La Crosse. They did beautiful work on my car that had gotten side swiped by a hit and run. I can't tell that it was dented and damaged. They also completed the work a week earlier then they quoted. I definitely highly recommend them.

I could not have had a better experience. This was a repaint job due to an unsatisfactory job at another location. It's really hard to please someone once they're pissed off, and these guys and gals hit it out of the park. As long as this crew is there, I'll be recommending them.

These guys are AWESOME. Did a great job, got my vehicle repaired in a timely manner, kept me regularly updated via text, made getting/returning rental a snap, and we’re all super nice and helpful!

Josh was outstanding with his communication, kept me updated on status of part and paint job. He was understanding and helped us through the process. My daughter stated that the service was outstanding and that she would definitely recommend and use Abra services with any future needs. I have personally had another vehicle’s work done here and job was outstanding. Definitely a 5 star plus

Broke my passenger side mirror, and the team at ABRA did such an amazing job helping me find a replacement for a fair price. They were very accommodating on when I came in for the replacement to be installed, and the receptionist was very kind while I waited. Speaking of waiting, it took less time than when I’ve had oil changes performed! You can’t even tell that it isn’t the original mirror. I would see them again in the future without hesitation. Although I hope I won’t need to. 😂

I had my rear bumper replaced, minor damage done to it. Dropped it off on Tuesday and it was done by Friday, extremely satisfied with the whole process. Also, got a brand new 2024 forester to drive while repairs were taking place. 👍🏽

Just dropped my car off after hitting a deer this past weekend. The gentleman that helped me was very informative and helpful. I feel as if my car is in good hands. Obviously haven't had the work done yet but the great customer service so far definitely puts my mind at ease. Before picture of the damage. Will post an after once it's done.
