We recently purchased family room furniture from Monira. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. She answered all of our questions and always responded quickly. We will recommend her to everyone we know and will be using her again ourselves. She is the best!

I was dreading going furniture shopping, preferring to order online but we needed to see and measure the item we were considering for purchase. The woman that helped us was knowledgeable and courteously. The whole transaction took a very short amount of time because of her. Very pleased.

My husband and I recently visited this furniture gallery to purchase a sleeper sofa set. We worked with Sirina who was extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. Even after we placed the order in the store, we called her a week later to make some modifications to our order. Great experience with Macy's furniture gallery in North Brunswick. Bought a beautiful leather sectional for a great price. Naresh was our sales person and he is fantastic. He went above and beyond for us! Definitely ask for him if you visit!

I've bought several pieces of furniture from this Macy's outlet and am always pleased with the quality, white glove delivery, and service. I want to give a special shout out to Naresh, who goes above and beyond to get me what I want. Recently, I needed a new mattress delivered to my house before Thanksgiving, which was difficult given supply chain issues. Naresh spent a solid 20-30 minutes reserving products, structuring the orders, and scheduling the shipping to get me a mattress and bed frame on Nov. 23 (with only the box spring coming after Thanksgiving). I will continue to shop at Macy's and seek out Naresh any time I'm there!

Naresh was super helpful. Great sale on right now. Don't miss it. So many vouch fabrics to choose from. Most of my furniture has come from Macy's. I'm happy with the cost and the quality and the longevity of what I've chosen over the years.

Giving 5 stars for the service we received from our salesman Naresh....very helpful and very professional! Pleasent person who let us shop freely without pressure! When we received our couch we had an issue and Naresh again to the rescue,,, called Macy’s customer service and within a week an adjuster came to our home. Unfortunately he could not fix the space between the sectional couch but took pictures and told us we could get another couch or price adjustment....haven’t decided yet what we will do as we love our new couch with the exception of the space issue...bought the Radley and it’s a beautiful couch..but anyone looking for a nice couch with great experience go to Macy’s furniture store and ask for Naresh!

The service from start to finish was excellent. We bought our couch from the Macy's Furniture Gallery on Rt. 1 in New Jersey. Paul Frasca was our salesman and he was not only knowledgeable, but pleasant and patient. He walked me through all the steps and when we used online gift cards to buy the couch, there was some problems with the transaction and he and the manager took up over 1hr of their time to make the transaction work. He was never pushy, he gave me the time I needed to walk around the store and when I didn't find exactly what I wanted he informed me that I could put the fabric I liked on one couch, on the shape I liked of another couch. We are so pleased with our purchase and would gladly recommend Macy's and especially Paul to any of our friends. I can't say enough good things about Paul, you should be grateful for his hard work and that you have such an amazing employee.

Naresh was an unbelievable help throughout the entire process. With the supply chain issues the furniture was delayed, but Naresh was a great communicator the entire time. Overall, great experience, and ask for Naresh when you visit!

We have been shopping here at Macy’s for last 10 years and we only deal with one sales person name Naresh. We come here only because of Naresh, he is knowable and understand your needs quickly and do his best to deliver and live up to your expectation. We will be continue to shop here.

If you go to the Macy’s Furniture Store on Route 1, South Brunswick, NJ, make sure your salesperson is Naresh, especially for mattresses. You won’t regret it. He’s professional, helpful, and is there to help if you have any issues with your product after delivery. If I could give 10 stars to Naresh, I would!

I met Naresh, a Macy’s salesmen back in October 2020. He helped us to purchase a Dining Room set. Well it’s now February and because of covid I have only received 1 piece so far, BUT I get updates regularly from Naresh by personal txt. This gentlemen is the BEST SALESMEN I have ever dealt with anywhere! He goes above and beyond his job. Keeps me informed and has helped me to add or change up my order without any hesitation or problems! Naresh should get a raise and a promotion for his ingenuity and perfect customer service during this very pandemic filled time of ours! HATS OFF TO YOU NARESH!!

We have gotten couches and mattresses here several times and have always had great service! The selection is good and they frequently have sales which makes the furniture quite affordable. I prefer this furniture store over any other place around.
