Aloft Secaucus Meadowlands

Betsy was amazing at the front desk!! She was so helpful anytime I needed anything she was super sweet. Check in was a breeze and she even asked how everything was when I came down for sodas. She gave a room with a beautiful view of Manhattan, which made my kids first trip here that much more special. Thank you Betsy!!

I've never stayed at the chain of hotels previously, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and a modern feel of the hotel. The room we stayed in felt like a studio apartment with modern touched everywhere. The staff were attentive and helpful with any questions. The breakfast that's offered is surprisingly good, for something quick on the go. I would definitely stay here again when we go to another MetLife Stadium event.

I stayed in this Aloft recently and 4 months earlier - each time for 1 night. The rooms are nice, clean and decorated in special Aloft style - interesting and comfortable. I always travel with my dog and the location as well as its staff is very dog -friendly which is big thing in my selection of places we stay at. Front desk personnel is very friendly, pleasant, accommodating and polite. I sadly witnessed a female guest who was checking out after her stay and apparently must have been dissatisfied with something and yelling at front desk staff. Kudos to Melaney and another lady who took the abuse (regardles of what the grievance may have been about) with class, courtesy and never loosing their cool.
Also thanks to Adrianna for being kind, sweet and helpful. I know we will be staying there again 🙋‍♀🐾🐾

We had a wonderful 1 week stay at the Aloft! Really clean hotel, with beautiful rooms. House keeping was so attentive to detail when they cleaned our room, which is wonderful! Staff were very nice and helpful when we needed help with finding our way to the bus to get into Manhattan! Free parking, which is a huge PLUS! Close to Walmart, Starbucks, the highway and other restaurants! Looking forward to coming back to this hotel. Highly recommend!

Let me just says I’ve stayed here for 4days 3nights. I see a lot of views here about hate. I can clearly say not sure what people are talking about. The workers here aren’t rude I came in said my name and they gave me a room with a view. Every morning I would leave to go out they would greet everyone with a good morning or good afternoon. The pool wasn’t open the 1st day I was there but the lady said it was because they were cleaning it , told me to come back in an hour. Sure enough I did and me and the kids had fun. Would come back here again for future vacation stay.

As we walked into this chic hotel, we were greeted with a freshly cleaned lobby, not over-powering, but pleasant! The lobby had a pool table and bar and lounge, with comfortable seating, games, and a general comfortable and welcoming feel. The front desk was friendly and the bartender, Brian, was incredibly friendly and welcoming! Our room was clean, no offensive orders, spacious, and a great view of NYC! We loved having a little couch and table in our room and loved the lay out. We could hear doors closing in the hallways at night but we have a sound machine which helped block the noise. We had a restful and comfortable night’s sleep. My family of me and my husband and 2 young kids (ages 7 and 3) and our dog loved our stay, would definitely come back and stay again and highly recommend.

First time staying at an Aloft Hotel and I was very impressed. To me, it was perfect! It was very clean, and service was great! It felt very relaxed and comforting and not like a typical higher end hotel where you feel like you can't even speak without bothering someone. The room was a nice surprise because the design was completely different from your typical hotel. I really liked the layout, and everything was neat and clean. I enjoyed hanging out at the lobby bar where I ordered some snacks and a couple beers while watching sports on the large TV and relaxing on the lounge chairs. They even had a free pool table to play while sipping my beer and watching the game! I will certainly keep my eye out for another Aloft Hotel for my future travels and the price was very reasonable. Thank you to the staff during my stay and they were SUPER friendly! The ONLY negative I have is that my Xbox wouldn't connect for some reason on my room TV - which is not a deal breaker for me. Engineering tried to figure it out but couldn't get it working. Oh well, just watched Netflix instead.

Not going to lie after reading the reviews I was skeptical to stay here. HOWEVER, walking into the lobby--the place was nice and clean. Front desk employee, Adrianna was super friendly and accommodating, answered all our questions and was very pleasant. Our room was super clean and my partner and I enjoyed our stay. There was no music, no late hour noise, no crowded lobby, we were able to get a good nights rest. Breakfast had a list of options to chose from, it was good. Coffee and tea to go, complementary water. In the morning, during checkout, Adrianna was there again and another staff member, very friendly, catered to our needs. I am unsure of all the negative reviews but I am super happy with our stay! Will be returning if near that area again!

GREATEST HOTEL CHAIN EVER!!!!! I love this hotel!! I could live here! It has everything you need and so expertly laid out. The rooms don't have unnecessary furniture, I mean, who really uses those dresser drawers? HUGE tv's, with Showtime and HBO. The bathroom is to die for, huge, beautiful and very functional with a separate room for the toilet and a huge glass enclosed shower. There's long benches along the wall to hold all your stuff and a cute little corner table area. Everything is actually clean too. No weird handprints on the windows, or gross stuff in the end table drawers. The hotel has a pool table (free) and a bar. The bartender, Britney (spelling?), treats you like you are one of her girlfriends. She puts such care into making the drinks and is so friendly. She let me know she would be closing down, and then backed me up on drinks. Like who does that?? The whole staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The hotel is located next to all the eating and shopping you could possibly do. Def recommend!!!

The Hotel was clean, our room was nice with a great view of NYC, The check in went smoothly, Adrianna at the front desk was very very pleasant and answered all our questions. I used the pool and took advantage of the free coffee in the lobby, I’d definitely stay there again.

Great affordable hotel. Very helpful staff. Decent bar in the lobby, nice indoor pool and workout area with some equipment.
Plenty of parking too with nearby restaurants all within walking distance.

I don't know all these reviews are talking about what exactly, i stayed for 5 nights and they were the best hotel in my entire staying in the United States since 2016,very helpful front desk, i asked them yesterday for aspirin my husband didn't feel well, they gave me some with no charge, also they gavee hot water to make some tea, the lady's name was Asia, i don't know this people but they go Above and beyond to help u to be satisfied, clean and very quiet rooms and i will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to be closer to NY and to be in a decent distance from all attractions

Amazing Customer Service. We landed at 2 AM early in the morning. Overnight Manager Richard was real nice. We had our parents with us. He was really understanding of our situation. And Richard remembered our situation in all our requests. So kind and customer-focussed of him.

Overall, We just wanted to thank you, Aloft staff. You guys are great in your customer service. Certainly, I would recommend this hotel to any and every one.

Update April/May 2023:
I was wondering about some bad recommendations. I stay 3 Weeks here again and it's totally ok, no worry. This time I used often the Gym Area and pick up often the coffee for free from lobby. Friendly stuff.

Very nice hotel with big functional rooms. Big TV, bed and real big shower.
If you book maybe have attention your room will not direction highway, you can hear in morning at room. Better ask for room direction parking area.
Hotel is very nice and comfortable, snooker, bar - everything looks good and new as well. Near restaurant for dinner and very close to Walmart. Near by Busstation for trip into city as well (around 4.25$).
I would like to book again.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! I stayed here at the ALOFT Secaucus Meadowlands for a week and thouroughly enjoyed my time there. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was well laid out and spacious. At night, I loved the bar area with both open and alcove style seating areas and the pool table was a great option for something to do on nights that we didn't go out. I highly recommend this hotel for singles, groups, families, one night and/or multi-night stays.

Davion, the hotel manager was so nice and accommodating for my spirit team and I. We took a trip to Jersey for a team outing and was greeted by Davion with his pleasant smile. He made us feel welcome into the hotel and suggested a few nice spots in the area. I appreciate the great customer service and hospitality! Be sure to stay here and hopefully you’ll get lucky and meet the great manager Davion.

I stay in hotels over 300 days a year ( now that we can) and I love Aloft hotels. I’ve only been to one that was not good. This room is clean comfortable and modern. I have a 4 th floor room with a nice view of NYC, now super close be still nice to look at at night. The only thing I wish they had is a microwave in the room. I hope to stay here every time I’m in Secaucus. ( great walk in shower too)

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I had 4 rooms. All were clean, and comfortable. Great location!! Added plus-my children were being children and I was being a mother...embarrassed. Eric checked me in and as I kept apologizing he kept reassuring me it was ok. The houseman(sorry I can’t remember his name) played with the kids while I completed my checkin. Thank you both so much for being so kind and patient! It is rare that people don’t get agitated by children and you both handled it with class. Honestly, great stay!!

Amazing! staff was spectacular! Very respectful, polite and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this particular A-Loft Hotel. As for cleanliness, it was very clean which caused us to have such a lovely stay. Very modern, so kids were happy along with us. Will definitely stay there again.
I had a small pandemic celebration for my 12yr old son with 13 of his friends and parents at the rink at American Dream Mall. Then came over to the Aloft to cut his cake and do pizza,, and when I tell you we were welcome with warm open Arms from the Hotel staff. .

Went to see the Giants play and it didn't turn out good because they lost. My stay at the Loft soften that blow because the staff was so pleasant and the rooms are very chic and comfortable. Me and my wife really felt welcomed and most importantly safe. We will definitely stay at the Loft during our next trip to Metlife Stadium.
