Colbie's Southern Kissed Chicken

We heard that Colbie's had a vegan chicken sandwich so we stopped by to check it out. To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised! The vegan chicken sandwich with a small sized sweet potato fries really hit the spot.

A vegan chicken sandwich that tastes and looks good. It may not be at the top of my favorites, but I can appreciate it. The sweet potato fries are dusted with cinnamon and sugar which is a nice touch.

Lots of parking is available, but there is a drive through, too.

Service was quick and courteous. Orders can be placed at the counter or the self service kiosks.

The decor is heavily inspired by the farmhouse style. It feels like a big departure from most fast food joints. If you like country music, you'll hear plenty of it if you dine in.

This place was spotless. The bathrooms are very clean. While they lack some of the modern touches like hand dryers and motion controlled faucets and toilets, it actually fits the motif.

Stopped into Colbie’s for the first time the other night. Even though it seemed that the man was working by himself or with one other, the food was fresh. Service was friendly. One last note: this was around 8pm or later which seems like a slow time for them. Possibly close to closing time.

Do recommend stopping in and at least trying. Had a 5 piece tenders and fries with & drink x 2. Was about $24 & change. Food was hot and fresh.

Deliciously thick and juicy chicken breasts in the sandwiches! I had the big piece sandwich with their crinkle cut fries and they’re salted to perfection! Added bourbon bbq sauce on the side and it was also an amazing add, can’t wait to try their other sauces. Also an amazing touch is the drinks coming with ice chips. All around surprisingly great and clean chicken restaurant. Definitely better than chick fil a so you should treat yourself to this!

I truly don’t understand the negative reviews. This isn’t McDonald’s so yes it’s going to be slightly and I mean slightly more expensive but so worth it. The portions are way bigger than McDonald’s so for the title of fast food is well deserved. I got my food before I sat down. Please don’t be fooled by those that say portion sizes are small. I’m giving a comparison to a major fast food chain which is McDonald’s because everyone knows this place. Compared to them, this is 10x better. Kind of like chick fil A but with more flavor. Hope this helps! You gotta try it!

Went to Colbie’s for the first time and definitely will be back! My family and I ate inside, very clean, family friendly environment. We got carried away and pretty much ordered one of everything on the menu, because we were so excited! I loved the cheese curds and the sweet potato fries with the marshmallow sauce! My kids all loved the food and asked to come back again soon! Bianca was the manager the night we went and she was sooo wonderful! She helped us get our food and was just so sweet to talk to, so friendly! We also got the peanut butter pie and the banana pie and those both were awesome too. I’m already planning out what I’ll be ordering the next time we go! I’ll definitely keep them in mind too for catering!

I've never heard of this place, but I was in the mood for something sweet. There was a sign out front that showed shakes, cones, and ice cream nachos. Intrigued, I pulled over. I decided to try their 3 piece chicken strips. They looked a little dark, and I was dreading that it wouldn't be good. However, thr chicken was moist and tender. I chose the kicking bourbon BBQ sauce to dip them in. It was sweet with a smidgen of heat. I ended up getting a chocolate peanut butter spoon bowl. The helpful employee told me that it was very sweet, and it is. But I am really enjoying the layers and I will save the rest for later. If I had one of these near me, I would definitely get it again.

I knew my family would enjoy Colbie's for breakfast. We all ordered The Chegger and enjoyed every ounce of the large sandwich.... definitely shareable!!

I stumbled upon this place in Newark, DE. And there, they're right next to a Royal Farms. I was in a hurry but wanted to spend time and give them a try. I noticed there was a location in My. Holly, NJ so I went there. We got the Big Piece and Nashville Hot sandwiches and a regular and sweet potato fries with the peach pie spooners for dessert. I was impressed. I've been trying to get out of going to the bigger chains and giving the little guys a try. I was highly satisfied with this find.

Worth trying yourself! I stopped by after passing this sonmany times. I even saw someone do a review on TikTok. Don’t listen to the negative reviews below and judge for yourself. I enjoyed my meal, the atmosphere and kind employees. There’s lots of space and SO MANY menu items to choose from. I had the Big Piece sandwich, sweet potato fried (covered in cinamon sugar) and naked nuggets with their buffalo sauce. The only thing I wasn’t too fond of was the naked nuggets which were not fresh, rubbery and dry. The sandwich was delivious as well as the sweet potato fries. Highly recommend trying for yourself.

Catering experience was phenomenal. Everyone loved the food, especially the wings and mac&cheese. Sharon made the experience seamless. For the amount of food I bought, it was priced beautifully. Very affordable. Delivery was wonderful. They even included an assortment of desert for free, which was a nice sweet😉 surprise. Thank you so much for your excellent service. I would definitely order again.

I was told "I hear the place has good chicken but I don't go because it's too busy." I went Sunday morning and it wasn't busy. I ordered Biscuits and Gravy with Sausage. It was 2 large sausage biscuits covered in gravy. I was ok. I didn't enjoy the sausage(I like spicy sausage like Jimmy Dean's). Next time I will order it without sausage. I also ordered French Toast sticks. They were great and their coffee was good too. It may become a regular breakfast stop.

My daughter and son in law keep telling us about this place and how long the line is all the time and how good the chicken sandwich is. We finally tried it for the first time. And it was so delicious! The hot Nashville is deliciously spicy! The line is long for drive through . My husband went inside it was faster than drive through. I’ll recommend this place for a good chicken sandwich!

I love the rustic look inside and the real restaurant feel. The chicken tenders, sweet potato fries and the Mac & cheese are delicious. The servers are efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Just wanna thank manager Bianca for making right with no questions asked. I stopped thru drive thru a couple days ago and although it's always a good idea to check meal b4 leaving... I failed to do so. Drove home and was so excited to eat to find out it was the wrong order. I called Colbies and spoke to management. She apologized and said stop back up. Which I just did and it is perfect and delicious. Thank you.

Always drove by on the highway but never stopped in, decided I needed some chicken tenders late at night and they did not disappoint. No fake Tyson tenders here! Also had the sweet potato fries and it was a hit

Every time I come it’s always clean even the restrooms.
The food is always hot.

This is my first time being here and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Soon as you walk in the door the atmosphere was fun. I ordered their chicken sandwich which was extremely juicy and full of flavor. I would definitely recommend if anybody's in this area to give it a try.

VERY GOOD!!! Food was hot and done perfectly! Must try chicken and waffles, very large portion! The sauce was too spicy for my liking because well I don’t do spicy. I used syrup but honestly it didn’t need anything! Sandwiches are good! Liked peach pie and apple bread pudding! Also the vegetarian sandwich is a nice option, my daughter gets this and likes it! This was our second time getting food from here and glad I gave it a second chance! The first time they were extremely busy and food was okay. So anyone who went during the grand opening rush I’d say give it another try!

I think colbies is an amazing place to eat. I love there chicken and country style atmosphere, since I’m from Texas. Most of all the chicken and honey biscuit substitutes the honey butter, chicken biscuit at Whataburger in Texas. I love coming here. Thank y’all
