SureStay Hotel by Best Western Secaucus Meadowlands

I stayed here on a business day back in mid October for one night for a trip to NYC. We absolutely loved our room! It looked like it had just been renovated, and it was very meticulously cleaned. The bed and pillows were perfectly clean and very comfy! The bathroom was beautiful and clean. The hotel was being renovated at the time so some of the hallways were blocked off, but this didn't cause any issues for us. We did not hear any construction noises either and we also didn't have any issues with the hot water. We didn't interact with the staff much besides checking in, which went smoothly. We had the continental breakfast the next morning, which was fully stocked with a pretty good variety of some basic breakfast items like yogurt, fruit, toast, bagels, cereal, pastries, coffee and juice. I thought it was really great for a free breakfast and I definitely appreciated it after a good night in NYC! The room was a good price too, we paid around $175 total. I would absolutely rebook here on my next trip to NYC!

This hotel is super convenient when visiting NYC. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly.
There is a direct bus to Manhattan from across the street NJ 320 that operates from 5 am to 2 am.
The area is very clean and safe. There are several cafes / restaurants within walking distance and a walmart super store.
The only downside was that the room had no safe and there was no space to hang long clothes. The hanger rack is too short.
But these were minor shortcomings compared to the benefits.

This place was great to stay if you are visiting New York. There’s a bus stop that takes you straight to time square. Round trip for 4 people was $34. Great friendly people working there and very helpful. Nice rooms

We were going to Brooklyn Art Haus for a concert but didn't want to stay in the city, so we got a room here , 35 mins to Brooklyn (on a Weds night) . The room was nice, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly, all the things you look for in quality place..

Lobby was under construction. The rooms were newly renovated. Location was great. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the bus stop to NYC was across the street.

Fantastic hotel with great pricing. Who knew that lodging when visiting Manhattan could be so inexpensive? Very clean rooms, completely renovated. Queen mattresses are very comfortable.

Another major convenience is the constant availability of the Manhattan-bound 320 coach bus, offered by NJ Transit: the bus stop is only 100 yards away, and it takes you to the center of Manhattan in 20-25 minutes for $4.25. Extremely convenient.

Like the reviews mention, really the only downside is probably the breakfast: very limited selection. But this was not a problem for me, as one goes to NYC for the food anyway.

Overall, extremely happy with this hotel.

My stay at this hotel has been exceptional! The service provided by Claudia at the front desk was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. Despite our early arrival, she kindly suggested that we could store our luggage at the hotel and even provided us with directions to a few nearby places of interest. Her warm and friendly demeanor was truly appreciated. The staff's service has been consistently wonderful, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Statyed at this place multiple times in the last few years. The management is now changed and is managed by Best Western.
Great location. Got a lot of restaurants and shops a stones throw away. NJ transit bus to new york is just across the street.
Rooms are well equipped but a little dated.
They used to have full hot breakfast earlier but this time they only had continental breakfast.

Best staff, new rooms and lobby and amenities. Best prices, 10 min from NYC. SEMI AND JUDITH ARE AMAZING

Best customer service from Claudia at front desk, did booked hotel at last minutes then and there. Beautiful rooms, great customer service, will book with them anytime i have to be in that area. Great price comparing other hotels near by, 100% recomanded.

All was okay and good front desk service but did keep having to ask for things. Later we found out they were transitioning with upgrades and remodeling still convenient to MetLife Stadium and excellent restaurants

It's just a 30 min bus ride (320) away from Port Authority and Time Square.

The living environment of this hotel is particularly good, and the staff service attitude is also very good, and the needs will be met directly, and the next time you come to New York, I will book this hotel. I accidentally left my watch at the hotel, and the staff helped me look for it. They were very kind and helped me send it home

This hotel is awesome. Room are very good. Ample of parking space. Close to the city.

Excellent Hotel and Wonderful service. I have no negative comments but just to tell you how wonderful and pleasant my stay was. I would definitely stay here. Only improvement could be little bit more on the breakfast side...

Linda was amazing! Best front desk attendant I have ever met at any hotel. She was kind, helpful and all around everything you would want greeting you at your hotel when on vacation. The housekeeper was a cleaning ninja. The only reason we knew she had been there was because the trash was taken out, beds were made or a light was on. She made sure to leave all of our belongings were we left them. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Gave great directions, told us how the transit system worked. I would 1000% stay here again. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was great. My teens enjoyed the stay as well.

Currently remodeling but nonetheless, Bus driver & Tour crew friendly!!! Ample room for tour buses or BandWagons on left side of building or in back parking lot. They were very nice and accommodating to our tour crew. RECOMMENDED!! Very close to bus staging Walking distance of cinema, Chili's, Houlihan's, Mediterranean, and diner/bar. Walmart/Sam's Club walking distance across plaza way. .

We were received at check-in by Olga, who was the most incredible hostess! We arrived early, but she arranged it so we could already check-in, even if we were not able to access the rooms just yet as they were still being cleaned. This allowed us to visit New York without any troubles and not return at a specific time to finalise the check-in.
The location of the hotel seems quite 'out there', but there is a bus that takes you to central manhattan within 20min and which runs very regularly and is not that expensive. This was really suprising, and came in super handy.
The rooms are roomy and clean, breakfast very basic, which made sense given the price of the stay. Rather than stay in central manhattan or NY city in general, which costs arms and legs of a person, I found this solution extremely recommendable given the easy bus access to the city!

Room is reasonable large and clean, breakfast is basic hut sufficient. the hotel is overall outdated and they said remodeling is very soon, I won't complain regarding the price comparing with the surrounding ones.

The staff were all incredibly accommodating and helpful. We ran into some issues with our moving truck and Roberto went out of his way to help us find a solution. Some of the facilities were out of commission due to renovations, but that did not affect our stay. The location is great, easy access to the city (public transit and Lyft/Uber) and walkable to many restaurants. We would stay here again and will definitely be recommending this hotel to any family or friends visiting the area.
