Unexpectedly great find! Their lobster roll is pretty good, not amazing, but their Buffalo tender sub was excellent. Fries and mozz sticks were tasty too

Shrimp and steak are bomb! My third time here and they have not disappointed. Great staff and not super long waits. Anna it's right across the street from Canobie Lake!

Ordered door dash for dinner tonight. We got the appetizer sampler and a chicken finger sub. The food was great! Thank you for a great meal.

Found this place about a month ago and absolutely love it! Pizza is amazing and staff are so friendly.

I have tried quite a few things here and it never disappoints. Ranchero pizza is my go to but all their apps, and really anything else is delicious. Prices are reasonable compared to other shops in the area.

Their pizza is delicious and their chicken bites are like magical clouds of chicken that melt in your mouth ☁ 🍗

The customer service and the quality of the food are on point every single time. We like to get takeout from here regularly because we can always count on the consistency. Their front counter worker is great at listening and very pleasant. Highly recommend Franny!

My preferred American food takeout in Salem Nh. Have a business close by and when I have to eat something fast and close by this is my go to! Delivery is always on point and so is the food. They have a very unique taste in their food, or shall I say it’s their seasoning. Here are something’s I’ve ordered more than twice in the past two years:

-Chicken wings appetizer, OMG YUM!
-Chicken stir fry with vegetables over rice. Yum!
-Kids chicken tenders with fries
-Pepperoni pizza
-Rice Pilaf (side)
-Ceaser wrap

P.s. Their salads are ok, could do better.

Nice place, very friendly people, really good food. Ordered a sub... it was as fresh as fresh could be. Bread was soft and sweet, the vegetables crispy, quite yummy for the tummy. I can only imagine how mobbed it is when Canobie Lake is open... and not just because it's right across the street. If I'm ever in this neighborhood then I will definitely be stopping by again.

The best in town in my 13 years. Busy life I pick up there using the slice app about 2 +time a week. Pizza is the best but put extra cheese on it. All so far has been delicious, clean and fresh tasting. Some portions are small on some things seems like anything steak related you will find little to no meat, pizza is in need of more cheese but everything else is good sized or better than average size. Born in Revere and food spoiled form there and surrounding E Boston, Boston, Saugus etc nothing from a sub shop in southern NH has come as close as they have or at least in Salem to them. Unfortunately no north shore roast beef here.

We were leaving Canobie Lake Park and looking for some good food to take back to the campground. We found Franny Subs and Pasta from a Google Maps search and decided to try them due to their ratings. Soooo glad we did! The pizzas were fantastic and the salads we got were flavorful and filling. The staff is great and super accommodating with giving us extra plates, napkins, etc. when we mentioned we were going back to the campground. I'm definitely starring them for future reference the next time we're in the area. Thanks again for great food, reasonable prices and great service!!

Hidden Gem. I've eaten here a few times and have not been disappointed. Tried several thinkgs on the menu and everything I had from the seafood to pizza and sandwiches have all been great. Portions are genrous. The Gyro here is better than some places that focus on selling Gyros....

I have been going to Frannys for 2years. The food is always great and on point. During that time I never had a problem, not once. If I did I know that they would make it right. I've gotten to know them a little and the owners are always there working hard. A true Mom and pop operation, love it. I can't recommend this place enough.

Love this place. Their food is amazing. And everyone who works here is super friendly!! Every time I come in I'm welcomed with smiles and greetings. Even the cooks go out of their way. Sometimes will bring the food right out to you if it's not ready when you go in. If I could give 6 stars or more I would. This place exceeds expectations ❤

Excellent food outside of canobie park, very cost effective with outdoor seating available. Totally worth waiting rather than buying in the park

I've worked in Windham, NH for the past 8 years...I've eaten lunch just about everywhere in Windham....I ordered, for my first time, at Franny's about 3 weeks ago and since then I've tried numerous items on their menu....the food is just awesome and the pricing is fair....I really can't say anything bad about any of the meals I've gotten....it's just all very good....their pizza is by far the best I've found in this area...am so happy I found this place!

I couple of weeks ago, I was waiting on a customer at work. I work at Visionworks in Salem, NH. The customer handed me a menu and asked of i would try this place. I finally ordered, and it was soooo good! I got chicken picatta (my favorite) I was a little concerned about ordering pasta. A lot of places overcook it, and thats disgusting. I have to tell you, this was delicious! The pasta was al dente, just enough lemon. The chicken was perfect. I am very happy, and will order again!
