After using some of the “big companies” that took my money and didn’t solve the problem, I HIGHLY recommend using Quincy for ALL your plumbing needs. He replaced a toilet, bathroom sink, hot water heater, outdoor faucet, unclogged my sink and my outdoor vent(in the rain). I called Quincy to perform several services in my bathroom and kitchen. In addition to the services listed above, he also installed a new refrigerator water line w/shut off valve, new piping in my bathroom and replaced the hardware in my shower. He was absolutely efficient, quick and performed each task with ease! His work is extremely neat and works like a charm! Quincy was excellent! This was my first experience using his service and he exceeded my expectations. I needed him for an emergency. He came out at the last minute in a thunderstorm and completed my job quickly, thoroughly and at an extremely reasonable rate. Will use him for all future repairs.

Quincy came to our house at night to look at our leaking shower. He was very accommodating to our schedule and called ahead of time to make sure it was still good with us. When he gave us the estimate he explained everything and even told us how to get to parts on our own to save money. After getting a few more estimates we went with QNS and he arrived on time and fixed our leak in under an hour. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly (He didn't appear bothered by our dog, 2 cats, and 2 kids!). When he left he told us what to look for to make sure it was fixed properly. I would definitely use QNS again and would highly recommend him to others.

An long overdue review. A couple of months back our utility room was filled with water. We called several people - no one responded. Quincy responded immediately and agreed to come in an hour. He came on time detected the leak . We needed to replace the Water heater - he came the next afternoon and installed the new water heater.

Very professional, thorough and did a clean job. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Quincy is professional, respectful and requested us to review the work before he left. Two out of three toilets were leaking causing high water bills. He had all the replacement parts on his truck. He completed the jobs in less than an hour. We were very impressed with his work.

QNS is excellent! Quincy came the same day I called and found the source of a leaky pipe inside the house. He was very knowledgable and efficient. He fixed the pipe the same day and everything has been working well! The house is dry and nothing has been leaking! Would definitely recommend QNS and Quincy if you need plumbing around your home to be fixed.Thank you QNS for a job well done!

So, my faucet would not stop running in the guest bathroom. Apparently something called a posi-temp cartridge broke. Quincy, from QNS Plumbing came in and took the faucet apart so he could turn off the water to just that faucet. He advised me where I could get the part for free rather than going to get the part and up charging me. He told me to give him a call when it came in and he'd install it. He also let me know that the repair was going to be $125 when he came back and didn't charge me for this initial visit to diagnose or turn off the water. Great customer service is awesome. Keep him in mind if you need a plumber.

I am posting this for a elderly friend who lives hill Hillsborough who has no access to a pc. This is the second time she has used Quincy for a plumbing issue, not only did she get him right away, but he agreed to come and fix her problem ON CHRISTMAS EVE! He was a blessing to her and agreed on a fair price because of her fixed income. He is truly a professional and giving individual. He is the man for the job hands down.

Quincy, from QNS, helped me fix my master bathroom shower last summer. The downstairs bathroom had some water leaking into it and Quincy was able to identify that the cause was an incorrect drain in my master bath. Unfortunately in my situation, the only way to fix this was to rip up the tile floor, part of the tile walls (up to where the plastic barrier went), replace the drain, and then put down a new plastic barrier. At that point I had a tile person come in and made it look new again.

He was always on time (came a couple times), efficient, and explained everything that he needed to do. He also charged appropriately. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again in the future.

He is in high demand and you will NEVER EVER have a plumber like him. He is fair and honest, the most I have ever seen. He explains the job and what he will be doing. He quotes you the fairest price and is efficient, speedy and nice. If you use him you will be totally satisfied.
