If you need a tooth pulled, Dr. Moore does an incredible job. Staff is caring, kind, gentle and informative. Dr. Moore has a delicate hand and a great bedside manner. Overall a wonderful experience.

I have been a patient at Mooresmiles for about 3 years and have been very happy with the quality of care I have received. I hadn't been to the dentist for longer then I would like to admit, and felt comfortable immediately when I walked into the office and was greeted by the front desk staff. I mainly have worked with the hygienist Deb and Dr. Ping. Deb is very friendly and always explains what she is doing and goes over how I am doing with my home care at each visit. Dr. Ping is an excellent dentist that is easy to talk to. I have meet the other dentist as well any they all are very nice! I would highly recommend Mooresmiles Dental to anyone.

Our family of 5 have been patients at Moore Smiles for years now, since our children were ready to begin their dental care. The pediatric and adult care has been phenomenal. The customer service is exceptional from the front desk staff, I cannot recall a reception team that has been easier or more pleasant to work with. Appointment times are very convenient for before and after work hours. The dental team is knowledgeable, skilled, and make you feel at ease. We have had routine cleanings, as well as procedures like fillings, and all have been done expertly and with attention to our comfort. Best of all, is the compassion. We have received follow-up calls after procedures to ensure we are on the mend and to see if any questions or concerns. HIGHLY recommend!

Outstanding dental care provided by compassionate and skilled staff. I was welcomed into the office and felt very comfortable. My hygienist Amara did a great job cleaning my teeth and provided helpful advice. I was very happy with the dental work I had completed by Dr. Ping and Dr.McNeely. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care.

My experience was nothing short of amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly, and they got me in immediately to fix a filling. Great work from Dr. Mcneely! She and Yeng were easy going, and prompt with their handy work! My filling looks and feels like nothing had ever happened. The office is beautiful, as well.

I am terrified of going to the dentist, but my experience here has always been good. I do not feel judged for having less than perfect teeth (due to genetics, not lack of care), and everything is explained in understandable ways. I've felt talked down to by other dentists in the area, but the Moore's and their staff are very kind and compassionate people.

Growing up I was always dreaded going to the dentist because of bad hygienists and dentists. I no longer have these feelings thanks to all of the staff at Mooresmiles. Everyone is skilled, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Every time I leave I learn something new because of my wonderful hygienist. By far the best dental experience I have ever had.

My appointment was on time and all of the staff was very professional. The hygienist was through and gentle. The dentist explained the necessary treatment. Moore Smiles is a great office.

I cannot express how much I love this dentistry. Not only is their care wonderful, but their staff are so helpful and kind. I've had a few issues lately where I've had to call them like 4000 times for help simply because things from a 3rd party aren't working or my budget is causing issues or I've lost information by accident and they have been SO HELPFUL and they have been so sweet during the entire process. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!

After we moved to WI, we needed a dentist. We loved our Iowa dentist: no pain. Well, we found a no pain dentist at Mooresmiles—Dr. Ping. Also love the text reminders and can also have evening appointments. Highly recommend!

Our 4 year old was experiencing terrible pain. Called their office as an emergency visit and it was a breeze talking to the staff over the phone and we were seen within an hour. Having been a client to a few other offices in Onalaska I have never experienced the comfort within a dental office like this before!
