Hunter was excellent. He took the time to answer all our questions and assist with set up and activation of 3 lines. He explained all the differences and options we inquired about and elaborated on some things we didn’t know about. We left more with more knowledge, better service, and smaller payments. Better then expected.

Started to upgrade my phone through the app, but then decided to go into this store. SO GLAD I did. Hunter was really knowledgeable & helped me make the right choices based on my priorities. Looking forward to my bigger screen & better quality photos. Sending my husband in next week! Thank you!

Hunter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all the plan options and iPhone trade in promos. His technical expertise was also excellent in transferring data and setting up my new iPhone 15 Pro Max. He is an excellent communicator and also very personable. A+++ could not be more pleased!

At first, we had issues upgrading our phone, and then we had internal issues with the new upgraded phone. We spent a lot of time in the store on two different days, but Alex was super patient and understanding. He did numerous things to try and figure out our issue and finally was able to resolve it. After a year of a persistent issue, Alex was able to fix it all. Now I have a happy lady. Happy wife, happy life.

Nate, was very helpful in providing us with information on the Verizon plan and our options available in iPhones. When my wife and I each decided on the iPhone 15, he took the time to set up our new phones with cases, screen savers and chargers. He transferred data from our old phones to the new ones and was very patient in explaining some of the features of the new phones. We had an excellent experience with Nate.

Extremely knowledgeable, professional and so pleasant to work with. Had all items we needed. Set up new phone with all protection products. Had us in and out in such a minimal amount of time. Would come back to this store on purpose.

The Southside store near Jimmy John's is always so friendly. Definitely my preferred choice. Customer service is always excellent and I have never felt like a number which is what you feel like in Onalaska. All 3 members were working great as a team.

Alex at BeMobile did a great job helping me today. He was very personable, easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable of his work. I left satisfied with a few extra items I didn't expect to take home. It was very well worth it.

Fabulous customer service!! Helped me with a challenging warranty situation that the online tech couldn’t…listened carefully to my concerns and got my new device all fixed up. Hunter and the rest of these guys are the best!

Shawn D. provided us with great customer service!! We didn't have a scheduled appointment and the store was busy so we had a bit of a wait, but it was well worth it. The staff acknowledged us when we came in and put us in the queue to assure our place in line. When it was our turn, Shawn gave us his undivided time & attention, reviewed our current plan, researched our offers and options, and made recommendations to meet our needs without any effort to "up sell" or pressure us to purchase anything we didn't need. Shawn was very friendly, professional, and respectful and provided great explanations for all our questions.....was a great experience!!
