Rhodes & Sons just installed a generator for us. They were knowledgeable and professional with impeccable attention to detail. We called Rhodes & Sons just because they were local to us, first time was an emergency and had no heat in the middle of winter due to our thermostat and they literally were at our door at 7am. The second time was extra work we needed done and they were awesome. Thank you guys for making us feel like family.

Eugene and Charlie provided excellent service installing recessed lights in my home. Eugene did an initial video chat so that I could point out what needs to be done. He then explained clearly what needs to be done. Eugene and Charlie worked quickly, tested every installed light, and went above and beyond by fixing a few other lights excluded from our agreement.

Was a loyal customer of theirs for about 10 years. Had them install a mirror that came broken so they had to come back to hang a new one. After spending more than $600 to install a mirror (i.e, add a new switch to an adjacent switch and add a new outlet a foot above), they charged another $250 to come back and complete the job (15 minutes). They will likely write a rebuttal to this review and say that there was travel time to come back. The reality is because they were a 10 year loyal vendor I never questioned their charges so they never told me they would charge me to come back. I asked them to consider not charging the extra fee and they wouldn't.

Had them come out for an estimate for a pool hook up. When I told them how I wanted to do it, they seemed clueless. Said they would have to see if it was legal to do it the way I wanted. (The electrical inspector recommended that it be done that way). Said he would send me an estimate....never heard from him.
