Britt was so personable and kind! She was also knowledgeable in everything! She made sure to share all my options and let me know where the price would increase! I have never done anything crazy with my hair, but these rainbow vivids turned out amazing! I never felt uncomfortable with her and could tell she cared about the outcome!

Once again I’m blown out of the water. I’ve been going to Britt for years, she’s always my first call or message when I need something done.

Went in two weeks ago after not being in for a while. I was needing a scalp treatment, deep conditioning, some layers added, and just a dusting off of the bottom.

It all was amazing, last time I saw her she sent me home with some shampoos and conditioner to try, let her know what I liked and disliked about it… she sent me home with something new to try and it’s been amazing. She really takes her time with her clients and builds a relationship with them. The salon atmosphere is amazing, the other stylist there are so friendly and awesome. The wash stations are by far the most comfy you will EVER put your head in.

Just over all it’s a 10000/10 place to go.

Britt has done a fabulous job on my hair! I’m truly in love with it. I always like to do something fun with color, but this is next level. This was the first time Britt has done my hair. She asked me about my lifestyle and how I currently treat my hair, and taught me the best ways to maintain the color and health of my hair. The shampoo bowls are fantastic and you can lay back and relax without wrecking your neck. The salon is immaculate with fabulous decor, it’s seriously stunning. I really have nothing but positive things to say about my whole experience, but I’ll attach a picture that Britt took so you can see the amazing results!

Getting my hair done is something I’ve always looked forward to, and since I started going to Brit that love has just gotten bigger! She always listens to my concerns and keeps my hair looking and feeling fabulous! Whether we are sitting through a crazy rain storm or calculating the perfect blend for a low maintenance but stylish color it’s always a wonderful time. Having some puppy love and great conversations while waiting on color is just extra bonus:)!

As always, being served by Britt is a treat! I gave her a general idea of what I wanted and she went to work putting it together with her magic skills. Of course, being sure to treat my hair prior to doing the vivids for a longer lasting color. The lay down hair wash station is awesome too! On top of the excellent service, the salon is stunning!

Britt is amazing at her job. If you don’t want to read the words just look at her pictures and you will see the amazing job she does. She did my daughters hair a few times (so far). She is very honest about what will be best for your hair. You will not be disappointed if you go to her. She has a nice set up. She uses quality products. She takes her time and cares about the outcome of your experience. Britt also makes your time their comfortable and enjoyable with great conversations. Will definitely take my daughter there again!!

Britt has been doing my hair for a couple years now and always seems to make me feel like a million bucks afterwords. She is so easy to talk to when it comes to telling her what you picture your hair to look like and she makes your dreams come true! I was finally able to convince my other half to get his hair cut by her and he’s very thrilled with how it turned out! I 10/10 recommended Britt to all of my friends and family because she’s what dreams are made of in the hair goddess world! 💗

This was the first haircut I have had in years and honestly the best one I've had in a long time! Alexis is an amazing stylist who is good at what they do, as well as making their clients feel welcome. The decor and atmosphere they have set up honestly adds to the expirence, on top of the great service overall. 10/10 will definitely be returning to her in the future!

Britt is amazing! She works really hard and does an amazing job at giving you exactly what you’re looking for! After 7 years of not touching my hair (which is very long, thick, tight curls) she did her magic and we started by adding splashes of vibrant colors which I fell in love with.. time passed and I wanted more of a change so we chopped a few inches, gave me an undercut and went to an all over fuchsia color that I was in love with! I kept it for awhile and then decided I wanted to go back towards my natural. Britt worked for 10 hours to get me the exact color I wanted!!! Her salon is so cute and I love the products she has!!!

After 3 months of getting my blonde highlights, they grew out that did not look good so I reached out to Britt again if I could have a root retouch, maybe go darker. She gave me recommendations that we agreed on and she was able to squeeze me in last minute which made me feel awful because she was double booked that day but Britt being her she made the magic work! We went with a reversed balayage and she gave me a subtle money piece. I love this look so much better! It will be less maintenancing for sure 😊

I do NOT regret my decision going with Britt! With me having Asian hair I already knew what the process would be. She was very informative and made sure we were both on the same page throughout the entire journey. Being a stylist she saw imperfections but I didn't see any, it turned out perfectly how I wanted! Just a reminder though that EVERYONE'S hair process differently, you just have to be patient and trust it.

Britt knows what she's doing. Even if it is going against what they taught her in beauty school, she was able to do an amazing Thomas Shelby haircut on me and is always willing to fix and listen to whatever the client wants. Britt really has a nice place with her chair, overlooking downtown La Crosse, as well as having a calming and professional demeanor. I really appreciated what she had to offer and she did an amazing job on my 1920s-1930's male haircut. I recommend "Britt Did My Hair" totally and without any reservation! I found Britt when looking for someone to do my wedding hair but she’ll be doing my hair all the time now! I’ve had lots of compliments on my highlights (I promised never to box dye again) and my wedding hair looked fabulous last weekend 10/24. Looking forward to future salon trips to Britt.

Britt has been doing my hair for years! My hair used to be dry, damaged, and dull and now it is AMAZING! She has done everything and more that I've ever asked her to do for me! My hair is is the healthiest it's ever been and I couldn't be happier!

Britt does such an amazing job! My hair is its own breed and always wants to turn a copper/orange color, she totally nails it everytime! If she can tame this beast she can do anything! Cant recommend her enough!!

I have been seeing Britt and I love how I feel when I leave my appointments. I feel beautiful. I also bring my kids to see her and they are usually counting down the days until they see her again.
