Wasabi Japanese Restaurant

This was my husband and I’s first time here and we both talked about how this place is a 10/10! We are HUGE sushi lovers so we are very critical. And we like this place better than our go-to sushi place that’s closer to our home. We decided to branch out and this was our first choice and we will be coming back here more often now. The service was amazing, employees were friendly and welcoming, their tables and plates etc. we’re so clean. The sushi was FRESH AS EVER!!!! Don’t be fooled by any negative reviews, I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed if you tried this place. Some ppl are miserable and unhappy that they need to bring other restaurants down, but disregard any negative reviews and focus on the good ones because I never review places but this was a must, because of how great it was. Thank you!

Overall food was good. The fish was fresh. They had brown rice which is our preference. Lucy was a nice server. At 6 pm on a Friday it was slower than I would have expected. New owners for about a month.

Great place to grab lunch or dinner. I usually go for lunch. Service is fast and the staff is very attentive, my water cup was never empty because they kept filling it before it got empty. The food looks good and tastes good too! It's a clean cozy place to eat.

Wasabi has THE best "lunch boxes".. steak, shrimp, or salmon. You will not be disappointed. And their fried rice is my absolute favorite. Staff is always super friendly. 😎

Have been going to Wasabi for over 14 years. Owner is wonderful and food is delicious whether you eat it in or take it out. Fish is always fresh and bacon fried rice with hibachi dinners is now a family staple! Go, eat, enjoy!

Whether you are looking for some tasty hibachi or sushi, Wasabi can fix you up. In addition to the common rolls and sashimi options, Wasabi also has some of their own varieties that are really tasty. On top of the good food, the team is incredibly welcoming and eager to serve. Whether lunch or dinner, this place is worth a visit.

I took my family there for the first time last week. The dumpling soup and sweet jalapeno appetizers were awesome. The rolls were incredibly well done and we were extremely pleased with the overall experience. The prices are very reasonable as well. I can see how the service staff might get overwhelmed during peak times, but we had good service and I recommend you try the place.

Great food and friendly staff

Best sushi in the area! Always prepared quickly and deliciously. I also enjoy the fried tempura ice cream just a little too much! We've had hibachi a few times, and the last time we went the food was a bit flavorless and the presentation was lacking, but I will chalk that up to a fluke since every other time we have dined for hibachi the food was fantastic.

Casual atmosphere, great waitress! Only downside, my husband had an iced tea refill and they charged us for it. Otherwise, a very positive experience!

This our favorite sushi spot in town as the food is always consistently delicious, fresh and nicely priced. The servers are on point and the atmosphere is always very relaxed. If you haven't tried this place yet, you're missing out on a great meal.

My coworkers and I visited here for lunch one day. Their lunch selection is mostly sushi, but they have a smaller variety of dishes like a teriyaki or hibachi plate. The selection was good, and I would love it even more if I was more of a sushi guy. But I'm not going to detract stars for my own personal opinions on sushi - the lunch I had there was delicious, filling, and well-priced, and I'm glad I went!

The BEST sushi and hibachi in the area! The owners live locally and are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hibachi is amazing! Fresh food and delicious. My daughter’s rave about the sushi as well. And it is impeccably clean.

Had such a great time and hibachi dinner! Hibachi chef Steve was not only an awesome hibachi chef, but so entertaining and fun as well!! Hibachi room has only four hibachi grill tables which accommodate about 8 per table! Not as large as most hibachi rooms, but still a great fun and delicious time!

I wasn't sure if I should've asked the sushi chef for water, but otherwise the server was untop of it and the food was great.

Recommend Tempura Ice cream

I have been living in Flanders for 3 years and never tried droid from here. I ordered the dynamite volcano. Yum yum is all I can say. Loved it! Workers were also so kind. Thanks Wasabi Restaurant, I will be back.
