I absolutely love this place! They're clothes are on the expensive end but that's because you're getting great quality. They're also great about returns and damage in their clothes. I would definitely recommend getting a pair of jeans from here. I wear mind practically every day, they're so comfy and look great! They also have some great deals in their clearance section that is more affordable if you're not looking to spend as much as the full price.

I love this store! I am 6’ 1” and the staff helped me try on different styles and order tall sizes online. The jeans were back ordered but once available they shipped ASAP. I definitely recommend this store!

I don't understand all of the reviews about rude employees. All of them were great and helpful. I had two women ask if I needed help then went and pulled all the cloths I wanted in my size.

I like this store and the clothing that they offer but the staff always seems more interested in talking amongst themselves and laughing super loudly rather than helping the customer. The two times I have been to this location I haven't been acknowledged.

Not acknowledged once during our 10 minutes inside the basically empty store. Two female employees and one clearly was over 40. Should know better. Left without a purchase and May order on line.

Rude. Made a return and funds not released to my credit card. Call 3 business days after transaction to inquire. Was told to wait a week and now they say to call my bank. Lack of concern for customers time, condescending attitude. Last time I shop at this over priced, hipster trash store.

Recently visited the Kenwood store and was very unimpressed with the staff. No acknowledgement upon arrival and several employees walked right past me when I wanted to try on shoes...not one person in this store asked if I needed help. I will not be back at this location as they are clearly lacking customer service skills.
