We just got our kitchen floors installed by Genco Floor Covering and we couldn’t be happier. From beginning to end, Scott and his team were a pleasure to work with. Our kitchen floor needed to be weaved into our existing dining floor and the final product is seamless. We can’t wait to use them for future projects!

We hired Genco Floor Covering to install hard wood flooring in our four bedrooms, replacing wall-to-wall carpeting. Our priority was to get a quality result with minimum disruption. From the initial contact, through our consultation with the owner, Scott, to the work of the 3-member crew, headed by Jason, they left nothing to be desired. The job was done flawlessly in one and a half days, taking into account all our requests, including repairing squeaks in the under floor. We are extremely happy with their work and the floors are beautiful. We highly recommend them.

Scott and his team are prompt, professional, meticulous and provide excellent service. The floor is flawless and beautiful. Three days after my floor was installed, the basement took on water, and part of the floor was damaged. Genco was out immediately to assess, follow up, and has been a light in the storm while we navigate repairs. It’s easy to be good at something when things go perfectly, but a great company shows support and professionalism even after the job is done. I’ve never experienced a higher level of service with a home contractor. They’re the best!!

We had Genco Flooring install new LVT flooring in a few areas of our facility and we are very pleased with the results. Scott is on the ball when it comes to communication, we received the quote promptly and had to make a few adjustments since the first choice of flooring was on backorder. Amazing from start to finish. Every step of the way Scott guided me on my floors. I received several estimates and I carefully chose Genco because of their knowledge, expertise, products, and their exceptional reviews. My floors were delayed by the manufacturer by a few days. Because Scott knew I was moving close to the new delivery date he and his team led by Jason went above and beyond to assure my floors would be installed before I moved into my new house. Jason and his team drove all the way to Syracuse to receive my order and installed my 2,000 square foot house in less than 2.5 days. Like Scott, Jason answered every question I had and fully explained his plan before it was executed. If you need new floors stop looking call Genco they are literally the BEST!

Scott and his team did a fabulous job on our living room and foyer. We went with ceramic tile for the foyer and the hearth and beautiful hardwood for the rest.
