This company is the most professional company I have ever worked with when it comes to home related work (electric, plumping, painting, etc). It has been a struggle these past few years to get things repaired done at our Jersey shore home. But this team has been available, responsive, prompt, and reliable. We have done several smaller projects (electric car charger insulation, additional appliance outlets in the house) with them and are gearing up to do a larger project involving solar power and a generator. I would recommend them to anyone. They get the job done and done well.

We had Mikulka Elelectric do a variety of work, both electrical as well general construction ( new attic drop stairs). Their quality of work is excelllent. They were extremely friendly and very informative. When the work was completed, the clean up was meticulous.

I had a big electrical problem in my house at 4 PM on Friday. The office was almost closed. Eva the receptionist said everyone was gone for the weekend. I begged her to try to reach someone, and she said that she would reach out to the owner and perhaps he would return my call. Within 5 minutes Peter Mikulka returned my call and tried to tell my husband and I how to fix the circuit breaker. We weren't able to do it. Then, Peter actually called Billy , a friend, who came right over and was able to fix the circuit breaker. Now the phone, television, and internet are working. Peter and Billy are both angels to have made such a great effort to help us. We always use Mikulka for our electrical needs. They are a wonderful people who run a very professional business. I totally recommend them for all your electrical needs. PS....the problem was caused by something getting stuck in my vacuum cleaner and I ignored the noise and kept vacuuming. Don't do what I did. I had a home inspection done and found I needed electrical work done. I found Mikulka Electric to have great reviews. I called and explained what I needed done. I emailed them a picture of the home inspection report and they quoted me a price and booked an appointment promptly due to the live wires. They were prompt and professional. Since I have used their service for a GIF outlet for the pool and an attic fan. They are willing to taken the time
to explain. They work around your schedule. They are prompt and professional. I highly recommend them.

Purchase and installation of a Generac generator. What a smooth process this was. Johnny and the whole team were Great. I can’t speak highly enough about the service we received. Would definitely use again and highly recommend to anyone looking for an electrical contractor. It was an awesome experience from beginning to end. We recently did a kitchen remodeling project. Our contractor recommended that we use Mikulka to do the electrical work. They were professional and provided written proposals before the work began. All work was performed and no additional fees were added. All of the workers were courteous and efficient. In addition to the kitchen work, we had them update all of the outlets in our home and run lines for outdoor lighting. We would like to give a particular shout-out to “little” Bill who was the lead electrician on our job. He patiently answered all questions and made sure the work area was left neat and clean at the end of the day. We highly recommend Mikulka Electric.

Not to sound like a fake review or anything, but this company is amazing. Maryann (sp?) was so cheery and helpful. The gentlemen who stopped by my home to assist with my generator maintenance and the install of a garage plug were hands down consummate professionals. Bravo! I am thankful for this company. They say what they can do and actually deliver.

Do a total kitchen renovation and some other work in my house and everything is beautiful but I had a issue With my under the cabinet lighting.when I I contacted the office and they sent some workers to take care of the issue and it still wasn’t right and I was very upset
And they weren’t resolving my problem. A few months ago I posted a review telling how upset I was and Peter himself the owner contacted me directly on here and in person came to my home to see the issue with the lighting and it has been rectified. I am pleased 100% I was so happy with the work that he did with the renovation of my kitchen in 2018. He stands behind his work 100% next time in any situation I have an issue I will always asked to speak to the owner. Peter is the best!
There can be problems with the strip lighting and I’m glad that he and I spoke together and from now on I will contact the boss and not workers who didn’t tell the boss that there was an issue

Found Mikulka online, when I thought I had an attic fan that seized up. Don came to the house checked it out and despite what would have been easy to ring up a charge for a new motor/thermostat let me know it was fine just needed to be lubricated. He installed a new outlet for me, changed some wiring and installed a floodlight in my backyard. He was courteous, fast, friendly and easy to deal with and prompt. He cleaned up everything he did - very professional all around. Their prices were fair and I feel confident I found the right guy to deal with going forward. Friendly and easy to deal with from the first phone call to the job completion.

I’ve been looking for an electrician for some time now and couldn’t find anyone reliable, today we used Mikulka and we couldn’t be more satisfied!!! My parents have been using the for years and usually uses Donny who the LOVE and couldn’t rave about more! We saw Pete who is actually the owner which I also found very impressive that he’s out in the work field making calls himself! I cannot wait to use them for more projects in our home for the future! Highly recommend them!!!

I needed an electrician quickly. Mikulka was the only one who responded, and he did so within 30 min. I took pics of my panel and the required job with my smart phone and texted it to him. I had a quote in 10 min. Even though he had a full schedule, he made time for my work. His workers were courteous and did a great job. Cleaned up all the old wiring and garbage and took it with them. I would definitely recommend them

After suffering through a terrible power grid forever, we decided to get a whole house generator. I've used Pete and his team before for smaller things, so I reached out about getting a generator. Pete came out and we discussed what the best options would be, where things would be placed and the timeframe.

A team of 5 or 6 guys came out over the course of a few days and did the install. They were great. They had to spend a lot of time running wire through the basement in cramped quarters, mounting panels, tapping into the main feed for the house, etc.

They did it all very professionally, cleaned up after themselves, and followed up after about a week to check on things. And of course everything works great. We've lost power a few times since the install and everything worked just as it should.

10/10 I would recommend.

Mikulka Electric did a big job for us. They were professional, diligent and efficient. Months later when we called them with what we thought was a related problem, they came back immediately. It turned out to be nothing, but we were impressed that they stood behind their work. We highly recommend Mikulka Electric!

Donnie of Mikulka came to my home on April 24,2017 and diagnosed a problem with my attic fan. He installed a new motor and fan blades,he was on time,neat,sweet and efficient. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mikulka Electric Inc. for any type of electrical work. For me personally installed an electrical generator and did some wiring work in the house. Everything was done on time. In general very pleasant experience.

Needed an electrician ASAP and heard about Mikulka electric through advertising. I called them and explained my problem. I got a return call in less than an hour and an appointment later that afternoon. The electrical issue was shown to me and Peter fixed it quickly and neatly. He was also able to make sure the problem never occurs again. I was extremely satisfied with the job and would absolutely recommend them. I plan to use them again.
