PNC Bank

Don't listen to the bad reviews. All the staff and management there currently are amazing. Jose helped me open up a business account for my LLC and was nothing but nice and respectful at all times. The place is in a very clean building with tons of amazing staff members to help you. Definitely will be using this location as my go to bank.

The staff is very friendly but I really dislike their new hours

The tellers are quite nice. But front of house to middle management don't seem to have things together. There are better represented PNCs all over NJ; this one happens to be close to work, and thats the only thing convienient thing about it, the ineptitude is not worth the travel time.

Horrible customer service by branch manager himself. No manner on how to speak. Simple change that an account needed during a transaction and acted like he's following the proper procedure by not doing anything. Went to a different branch closer to work, everything handled within 3 minutes.

This bank processed a $2250 withdrawal from my brother's account even though he had NOT signed the withdrawal slip. My brother has cognitive issues and is easily misdirected. When I discovered this incident, I opened an investigation at the bank. They say this is a non-issue because my brother submitted another withdrawal slip for $500 at the same time and the $500 withdrawal slip was signed. I asked to see the video evidence of my brother receiving the entire $2750 withdrawal. The bank refused to provide the video without a subpoena. BANK AT PNC AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I know they don't care. I will close my account as soon as I open a new account with one of the banks near me. All my family will transfer to other banks. Not only this branch, the head office and tele banking is worse. You can never reach to a real person.

Ruined my day.
