Tim has been cutting my hair for nearly a decade on the recommendation of a good friend. He has never been anything short of consistent and precise. I'm not the type to obsess over my hair but I DO appreciate a good and consistent cut. It's clear that he has passion for his craft. The atmosphere of his shop (now and in the past) is clean and comfortable. Huge TV on the wall and always a good movie playing. And everyone there is easy to talk to which I've always considered an important quality in a barber shop. Sitting there in silence for 30 min is awkward. I can't recommend Shear Quality enough. The name is cleverly appropriate. Try them out, you will not be disappointed!

Let me start off by saying I never really write reviews however being a Manager in the service industry for over 25 years, I am making it a mission of mines to give credit to those who provide excellent service. We are always quick to complain and tend not to acknowledge those who do a great job. Supercuts wasn't really making the cut for my son, so I decided to try this local Barbershop in my town. My son loves it! He feels comfortable, Cameron lines him up nice and always asks my son if he wants anything different. They are definitely a place to go if you want a modern style haircut/shape up. I feel like the price is reasonable for their work. They do take their time with each person to ensure your cut is on point. One thing that stuck out for me is, as soon as we walk through the door, each and every employee greets you, no matter what they are doing. They also send you off with a goodbye as well. It might not mean much for some, but for me, it's the little things that go a long way. A big thanks to you all!

Took my 2 year old son this morning for his first haircut experience and it was wonderful! I was nervous because he is very shy around strangers and I didn't know how he would do, but we made an appointment with Lindsay and she was so great with him and he looks absolutely adorable. Thank you :)

Can’t say enough about Tim’s shop! He’s been doing my sons/husbands hair for a few years now. Boys hair always comes out amazing and exactly the way I want it! He is great with kids and is always so accommodating to me and my family with scheduling! Defiantly the best barber around!! Highly recommend him and his shop!

I've been getting my hair cut by Tim for years. Great guy and the cuts are always on point! The shop has a nice classy atmosphere to boot. I wouldn't get my haircut anywhere else.

Good value ($25 cash, August 2021). Polite staff. Clean shop. They have a big TV (65'+?) to distract you while they work on your hair. Happy with the results.

Been going to the shop since they opened and I won’t go anywhere else now. Tim is Great and so is the shop. You can make appointments so you don’t have to wait and if I get stuck working late they’re open later during the week so I don’t have to spend my weekends waiting for a haircut. Very satisfied and recommend sheer quality to everyone.

Hands down the best barbershop in Dutchess County. Tim is personable and takes care of his clients as a top priority. Always seems to know what you’re looking for, fade game is on point!

Great affordable cuts. Massive TV inside the shop and the pizza spot next store has the biggest slices you have ever seen. Overall great experience, will be back
