Yesterday, my wife and I went bed shopping at Ashley furniture really pleasant experience. The gentleman that we dealt with his name was Dave very professional extremely thorough very patient did not feel like I was being rushed. He very much dedicated his time and knowledge to make the bed buying experience, a pleasant one highly recommend Ashley furniture and their extremely friendly staff. If you are in need of any furniture, it’s a great place to look. Big shout out to Dave with the ponytail from Ashley furniture

Very impressed with the service and help from Brian. So friendly and kind. The latte was a surprise also. Been to many other stores and never got the offer of coffee or latte. Very thoughtful and explained everything so well. He’s a keeper. Professional in his attire and nature. Lynette Keator.

Collin was great to work with. I didn't feel pressured or cornered with typical salesman conduct. He made my purchase process very quick, easy, and transparent. The store had great selection and presentation.

Jonathan R. met my urgency to be in and out of the store quickly. There were no unnecessary sales rambles. He gave professional advice on carpets I was shopping, adding personal suggestions, recommendations and options. Great customers service!

Adam was a awesome, and understanding sales rep to work with. He gave us a lot of information to consider and we did not feel rushed. We ended up changing our minds after the purchase as we were walking out the store, and he was accommodating and helped us with the changes, and got the furniture we wanted and needed rather then just trying to make a quick sale. Over all we spent about 4 hours in the store and his humor helped with what have been a very stressful shopping process. He made us feel comfortable with our purchase and delivery.

Adam was great, he took the time to show us every couch in the store and was very knowledgeable about all of them. He went iver all of our options and came up with the best solution for us.

Shopped at numerous stores for bedroom set. Sales person (Alex) was knowledgeable and patient as he went over several different displays, before deciding. He went over price, which was fare and several payment options, not pushy either.

Yvonne helped us and she was great! She took the time to explain every detail and really worked with us. When we left it was like we made a new friend. Upon our return Nick helped us as Yvonne was off that day. He too was great and helped us get the best price. The Poughkeepsie store has earned our business.

Giovanni was a pleasure to deal with. Listened to our needs and found us what we needed. He was funny, and very educated on the products in his store. Had to visit several times trying to find the right merchandise, which i finely did and he was always eager to help. Fabulous salesperson, highly recommended for a perfect customer experience.

Sales staff was very informative and helpful. Dave and Brian were great to work with. Great salesmen we went in for a bed frame and came out with bed frame and new mattresses. 🤦🏻‍♀🤣

Brian was great , he did not over power my shopping experience, he was readily available for all of my questions and helped me out with any concerns I may have had from measurements to accent pieces . He was very patient with me when I was being very indecisive and he made my decision making process extremely painless and smooth.

Again. COLIN showed a few to us and stepped away, it seemed like hours we were

A Mother's Day Ride... We decided to check out Ashley's to see if they had any sleeper couches that we might be interested in. At the door we were greeted by Giovanni who immediately asked if we wanted a wheelchair for my 88 year old Mom. She said YES that would be great and before we knew it, he whispered something in her ear and I hear another YES and off they went. Not that buying a sofa sleeper should involve squeals of laughter from an 88 year old woman, but indeed it did. Giovanni took us (per request) to the clearance section first of the sleeper sofas and we saw a beautiful blue leather one that we loved. He opened it up and I looked him up and down and asked his weight (lol he answered honestly) and then I asked him to lay down on the couch and describe what it feels like. He was SO honest in saying he felt the bar and we talked about options we could do for this. Listen, it wasn't the end of the world as it's an occasional sleeping space , we totally appreciated his honesty.

We decided on the couch and then asked Mom, what do you want to see and she said a new dining table. Just a note, when you reach a certain age, raised (stools) chairs are easier to get up and down on and off -- that's why you see raised chairs in many doctors offices. We found her a cute pub table with four chairs but she was having trouble moving her body and so, we found a similar chair that swivels -- This is going to make all the difference in her life.

The rest of the process (who likes paperwork?) went seamless. Natalie worked with us on payment arrangements, delivery, etc and she was an absolute delight. While Giovanni and Natalie were doing their magic, making sure our order and delivery was handled properly, I had the opportunity to meet Shawnae who answered a few of my questions and got water for us. Of course I had to ask for Mike (Senior Store Manager) as I wanted him to know personally how great his team was.

Honestly, if it wasn't for Giovanni and how kind he was (simple kindness goes a long way) and his playfulness with my Mom and his knowledge of the furniture he is selling, we never ever ever would have made the purchase at that moment. I am not generally an impulsive shopper and prefer to take our time, but this experience led me to trust Giovanni and in turn, trust Ashley Home Furnishings.

Words can not express how grateful I am for the kindness I experienced at Ashley. The first smiling face I saw was Yvonne and she was so helpful. Saying she went above and beyond is an understatement. I found everything I wanted and more. Her patience with me and my children running around was amazing. The customer service here was impeccable. I'm coming again to furnish the rest of my home.

Great experience as 1st time buyers from Ashley. Our sales person, Destiny, was knowledgeable, patient, took the time to listen to our wants & needs and found us the perfect loveseat for our family room. Great quality furniture but even better customer service from Destiny! Thank you!
