Attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staffers. Clean facility, which is also a Fed-Ex drop-off. Wide selection of merchandise from office furniture, supplies, software, to basic podcasting equipment and cleaning supplies (like disinfectant wipes and cans of compressed air for dusting). There are two frontages to this location, one on South Road (Route 9), the other on West Main Street (Route 9D), so ingress/egress can be done on either. This branch of Staples handles much of the Dutchess County Libertarian Party's voluminous printing.

Maria in the print and copy section is so helpful and professional. Highly recommend this specific Staples for making cards - my Christmas cards came out great thanks to Maria and the team.

I just went to staples to purchase some new school supplies with my best friend and boyfriend. Every employee was so nice but above all was one younger worker he had a mullet and was wearing a gray shirt. He was so friendly and when my boyfriend asked me if I wanted a bag for my things I said to him “no it’s okay I was just going to move everything into this backpack when we get to the car” the employee heard and took it upon himself to put everything in the backpack for me. It made my whole day so thank you!

I was there to get an adapter for my Mac-Pro and Alex took the time to research on his cell for the correct adapter to move photos from an older Motorola cell to my Mac laptop so I could view and delete unwanted photos. He ptook time to show me how to copy from my Galaxy to my Mac and which adapter needed for the older Motorola. He was very knowledgeable about how to and did not leave until we began transferring photos to my Mac.

I've Been coming here for a few since opening a business, everytime I come in I'm greeted and asked if I need help. Today felt different, everything as usual but the cashier Art, really made it an experience. Even tho my transaction was fast he called me by my name asked if I found everything I needed and even handed me my bag instead of leaving in on the counter for me to pick up. He was polite and always smiled, and had a very professional appearance. He smiled and said have a "good day Mr. Acosta". This truly made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you Art for giving the extra mile in costumer service!

I have given up trying to figure out faxes, printers, so have relied on the staffs of Staples. On many visits, I could simply email in what I needed done. On one visit, equipment was tied up, so I was directed to self-service. Instead of ignoring me, or other customers at self-service, a staff member regularly came over and spent the time with each of us, guiding our progress.

Lately I've been having very bad experiences with staples. They have changed their printing services a lot and their prices. With that said, going to the staples in Wappingers became my best experience with the company ever because of its management. The assistant manager there is incredible. She is courteous, she is efficient, and she cares about the customers and her job. Customer service is seriously lacking today, it is with all places which is a shame. Still the positivity, and courtesy that comes from this manager spreads to a better atmosphere and makes for better business...

Very clean store. When I walked in a lady was friendly and helped me find the items I was needed - I think she was from the photocopy area. A few days before, I asked the person at the Tech Desk and he was very helpful. Both times, people in the store were readily available to answer questions. I don't know (obviously because I now live in VA) but I get the feeling that people at this location like working there. Great location too.

Another great and successful trip to Staples! Had exactly what I was looking for, as always, and exceeded my expectations. Best place to buy office supplies, school supplies, or if you're a writer like me, don't forget the beautiful journals and notebooks. Also great if you just want to organize things A bit pricy, but if you can afford to not settle, come here instead of anywhere else

They were very friendly and helpful. Had passport photo taken, quick and easy.

I needed to print, sign, scan and email a document and the clerk in the business center was very patient with me and walked me through how to do it. It was flawless, seamless and fast thank you kaylynn
