I came to Delhi Verizon store today and was my Krystal representative. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I'm grateful she she set me up with a new phone, as mine isn't working anymore. I feel she was very honest and fair. Thank you very much for helping me today- Alisha

Came into see about upgrading after putting it off. Shawn was pleasant kind and understanding. Got us the best deal and even explained the home internet. Highly recommend Shawn and the Delhi location.

I had a wonderful experience at Russell Cellular in Delhi, N.Y. I had been in there last year but this was like walking into a new store. I was pleasantly greeted and helped. I so appreciate all the assistance from Rachel with setting up my new cell phone. I would have been lost. Crystal was also pleasant and helpful. I love that I can purchase a cell phone and if I have difficulties I can stop back in. Last year the old manager, I believe Beth, could be very up and down with moods Couple times I was worried she was actually on something. That’s not enjoyable and helpful! It was nice to talk with Rachel and Crystal while my cell was being set up and not being lectured about the conversation rate. These girls had me smiling and laughing more than once!. I don’t know how many times the other manager would be sitting in there with the door locked and unless I was actively buying something she’d help me outside. Seeing a new manager, again so thankful Rachel, was a huge relief. I’ll definitely be back! Keep up the good work!

Shawn was very clear on the different plans. He made sure all the data from old phones was tranfered over. He took time to answer our questions of the newer models. We'll be using Shawn as our Verizon rep in the future.

Krystal at this Verizon store was incredible. I had spent literally 6 hours on the phone with Verizon support over 2 days, with escalating support levels when they eventually gave up and told me to go to a Verizon store. I was skeptical but Krystal saw the mess they had made of my esim card and fixed it in less than 9 minutes! She was so skilled and professional and nice! Can’t say enough about how grateful I am!

Krystal was knowledgeable, friendly, fast, helpful and sensitive to a boomer with bad tech skills.

Rachel was a breathe of fresh air. Honest and capable. Efficient and engaging. She clearly outlined an evaluation of benefits for my plan and phone upgrade and made the transition seamless. I know who I will go back to for my future cellular phone needs!

Beth Dinard the store manager was beyond helpful, kind and knowledgeable, as she immediately fixed my phone issue. Also gave me her card so I could call if I had any other questions or issues. Customer service was outstanding! So grateful.

Rachael was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. My transaction started with Beth earlier in the week and she was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Excellent service, only thing that slowed me down was my old phone that I was trading in. 5stars

My husband and I stopped in to this store yesterday to ask a question about my aging cell phone. Susan Sherwood came right over to help us. She was so great! She explained in detail and with great patience why my phone couldn't be fixed. We ended up talking about new phones and I did buy a new one, on her recommendation. She never pressured me to buy, she just explained. Susan helped me choose the new model and here again, she was fantastic. Getting a new phone may be fun for some people; I am not one of them. I must say that Susan made the entire process as seamless as possible. I'm giving her 5 stars for her skills, friendly demeanor and most if all her patience throughout. Thank you, Susan!

I have come to this location over the past few months, trying to learn how to use my phone. Most places would have rolled their eyes with me walking in the door, Bryan, Susan and Mahogany have all been helpful with my issues and I enjoy the fact that all of them jump up to greet me.
Bryan is great with the customers always a smile on his face and very friendly willing to help anyone that walks in the door.
Susan is great with all of the customers, and smiles and really makes you feel like you are walking into her home.very Knowledgeable and patient when showing me how to use my devices
Mahogany is really great with the customers always pleasant and willing to help with all devices.

All of the employees go above and beyond to make this store run and. ALL. OF them make each experience pleasant, hassle free!!!

It was a day from hell. I THOUGHT I has lost hundreds and hundreds of pictures on my phone, never to be seen again. I called Russell Cellular and through frustration and tears, told the manager my story.. She told me to come right in and they would do what they could.
Withing 5 minutes she had diagnosed and retrieved the lost memories! After giving her the biggest hug I could, I decided it was time to get a better phone with way more storage capacity.
Klair assisted me with picking out the right phone and transferring all of my stored info to the new phone! What I thought was going to be the worst day ever turned out to be the BEST!

I normally go to a store with lots of display phones, etc, but so appreciated Clair and the other staff in the store. They worked to help get the best possible promotions for me and I left very satisfied. Don’t let appearances of a store fool you, they really were wonderful.

Beth is so knowledgeable and helpful, and is willing to spend so much time finding solutions for me, i would rather wait until I'm upstate to go see her for my phone needs, than to visit my local Brooklyn store. Rachel was patient, knowledgeable, and an overall pleasure to work with. She helped me consolidate and assess my needs and led me to a plan and phone that is just right for me.

Beth is just an awesome person and helped me deal with phones calls where we where left on hold for over an hour by Verizon trying to get my phone switched over. She also took care of other customers while on hold. She’s quite a women.

The girl that was working there her name was Klair she was very professional and very knowledgeable .I bought a phone and by the time I left the store I knew more about this new phone then I did my old phone that I had for 6 or 7 years .she was very helpful she also made me and my grandkids feel very comfortable. Klair you did an outstanding job .

We found Susan and her co worker to be very helpful. They were patient with our questions and were even willing to stay late to help us. They were very professional, unlike the last employee we had to deal with a couple months ago.
