Excellent service from Scott, we are from Canada, we started by texting the information, then talking on the phone...We had a first trailer selected, then following a serial number error between the website and the contract, we were able with the help of Scott and your team to select another one and receive compensation. We had excellent support from Scott as it was a remote transaction, arrangements could be made and we picked up on May 24th, lovely welcome from Scott and the whole team, the visit went very well , well explained, nice attention from Scott, A1 delivery and we begin a new adventure with this magnificent trailer. Thank you all, our first experience 17 years ago with a trailer dealership in Canada had not gone so well...Thanks to Scott and the entire Alpin Haus team, I highly recommend this RV dealership.

Great no hassle purchase. Adam was knowledgeable and worked with us on our trade. Great guy. The whole experience was great, from the receptionist, to sales, to service when we picked it up. This is our fifth camper. All but our last one was purchased from Alpin Haus. We kept our last one less than a year. It’s good to be back with Alpin Haus.

He took the time to put together in his head his game plan for backing that huge thing up, and in. Then once in place, he leveled it up nicely.
This place is top notch when it comes to customer service. I can’t wait for the weather to change so me and my dog Sophie Rose can move up to my camp for the summer.

Folks here could not have been better! Geoffrey Smith was so helpful along the way with the purchase, the fellow that did the financing (sorry I set his card down so now don’t know his name!) all wonderful. The walk thru was very helpful and informative. All names are a blur but the fellow that did the walk thru and the Electrical guru were great. Thanks so much for having what we wanted and helping us get it.

The Grand Design Imagine XLS 21bhe was meticulously prepped and Rich was awesome during my walk through. The entire process went smoothly, communication was quick and concise. Scott at the Wilton location was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped us find the right camper to fit our needs. We absolutely LOVE our new Grand Design Imagine camper and appreciate Scott for all of his help. We bought our RV from Alpin Haus in 2018.We are very happy with our Thor Chateau 24F. The sales staff were a pleasure to work with and unlike other dealers that we talked to, there was no pressure to buy and the price fair.
The service has been outstanding. Scott Kedik, our service adviser is very helpful with recommendations for work that should be done. He takes the time to explain what and why the work needs to be done.   Since in the past, I have done all my own repairs on my cars, my house, the RV I can be fussy about the work being done. The men at Alpin Haus have always done a great job. The Rv is always clean and neat when they are finished and when it is fixed, we don't need to take it back.

We had a great experience with our salesperson Art Cooper who was was very respectful with myself and my parents. He never tried to push us towards the the big ticket items and instead listened to what we wanted and refocused on what he could find for us. What was more important to us was to have someone who was not only knowledgable but attentive enough to guide us to what I ultimately decided to purchase.

My husband, parents and I visited the Saratoga showroom today, hoping to gather an idea of what we could find. Much to our surprise and joy, we found EXACTLY what we were looking for!
Steve Frania was the perfect guide in our quest for the day, answering all our questions and having all the information right at hand. If he didn't have the answer, he never hesitated to admit he didn't know and then take the time to step out and find the answer. We left feeling like we just made the perfect purchase (the RV we wanted for the price we wanted), from an old family friend.

explained everything to us because it is our first time purchasing an RV trailer.

The day we picked up our trailer James had Shawn in service go out and explain everything about the trailer and he was very helpful.

Adam King was a huge help in our purchase of our RV. He thoroughly explained the process that used RV's go through by Alpin Haus to ensure a quality RV. The walk through with Andrew answered all our questions about the operation of the RV. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

Had a great experience with Steve from Alpin House. Took the time to really listen to what we wanted, found us the perfect camper and spent time with us explaining everything for first time owners. If you’re looking to buy, take the time to call or email him. He’s the best, even if he is a Browns fan, lol!

Scott was out sales man , he was very informative during our purchase and is a great asset to this company, with his previous service experience and sales , he adds a lot of knowledge to the mix. And the service department was very accommodating to the repair issues with our new unit. We appreciate everything they have done for us. Hopefully everything is good from here on. Would definitely purchase drone them again.

Our salesman Art Cooper was outstanding and helped us find the perfect 5th wheel for us and our Great Danes! He made sure my truck was a great fit for it and even called the next day after I took delivery to see how my trip home went. The entire staff was fantastic.We have purchased several campers in the past and this was by far my best experience. I highly recommend purchasing from this specific location. Thank you all!

Adam was great to work with! He was knowledgeable and did not pressure or hurry us while we looked at campers. He even brought me a ladder so I could look at the roof of a camper. Good communication thru our sales process to signing.

We visited Alpin Haus RV Saratoga this weekend as we went out looking for our first camper. Geoff was our salesperson and we appreciated his friendly low-pressure demeanor, but even more so his knowledge and expertise. He was able to give us practical advice based on his experience to make sure we didn't invest in something that wouldn't be compatible with our vehicle. Definitely worth the 5 hour round trip (!) knowing that he and the team had our best interests at heart. Trustworthy. Highly recommend!
