Warehousing are normally busy places and there’s no way everyone (drivers ) could always be ok or satisfied with the way every warehouses run their business … got a 7:30 am aptm, pulled in security an hr early. I’m told where to drop my trailer (live unload) then park at that amazing short distance truck stop (Wilton Travel Plaza, off exit 16 on I-87 north ), where I bobtail to await for a telephone call when my trailer is emptied and ready to go ….
I honestly don’t see what makes some drivers make unthinkable negative comments about something that simple …
We drive trucks, it takes times to drive miles and miles away. It does takes time as well for shippers or receivers to get everyone served quickly. It’s either we are not into this business or we are ….
I got my call around 11 am… fine with me one way or another. I still had time to decide whether I should go after another load or take the day off to better choose the best paid ones ….
Don’t mind going anywhere, as long as I pick up and deliver but also, GET PAID..

Live unload. You're allowed to arrive 2 hours early. Wilson's Truck stop is on the left on the way into Taget DC. ( about 2 miles away )They have a big lot to stage load. And Bobtail parking. The restaurant inside is a pretty good Hot meal.
Check-in at the security gate and Drop Trailer were they say to. Paperwork to door 301 ( Refrigerated).
They require you to Bobtail off the property and will call you to return. Go back to 301 for paperwork and they will tell you what spot they dropped your Trailer.
Vending machines and restrooms inside at check-in office. I was checked out within two hours of the appointment time.

I had a trailer drop experience.
The guards are really nice and courteous. Especially the blond lady at the first stop that checks in/out the trucks. Be blessed.

For Dryvan. Appointment at 7am. Check in at 6:20am, assign a drop trailer slot, take paperwork in 301, bobtail back to truck stop about a mile away. Wait for call. My was about 2.5 hrs. Not too bad, nice folks. Make sure to have your delivery number starting with T0579…….!!! Keep it clean drivers 👍🏼

after I read some negative reviews I was expecting my trailer to be unloading for half day. But I guess I was lucky 2:15 after my appointment they called me trailer is empty. I guess it depends on what kind of freight you are delivering. Great location lots of room and trucks stop across the street with big parking lot.

Ok so ... a lot of complaining about how long trucks are unloaded ... wellll, depends how your freight is! Had trailers were freight was horrendous, fallen product off pallets, so worker has to repalletize product and that takes time, especially if it’s TVs, vacuums, etc.... and different size boxes and such on one pallet so have to repalletize those and separate that. Some freight it does take time, I understand the m10-12 hour waits can be annoying and it also depends on the person unloading. Usually should take at most 4 hours to unload if freight is horrible. But like I said depends on who the person is unloading your freight.

I give them 10 stars. All the guards are super nice people including the girl in the office. Check In at 0623 for 0700 FTL unloaded and checked out by 0745. Thank you for all the hard work!!!👍👍👍👍👍

For me that was really fast unloading.. app was at 8:30pm came here at 7:30pm they told me to drop the trailer and wait at truck stop. Received call at 9:30pm and they told me that my trailer is empty.

I don't know why all the bad reviews on this place. Perhaps it's in the attitude of the driver when they pull up. The guard was very friendly and helpful. The unloader was just as nice. I've been doing this a long time and I've learned that you get a lot better service if you start out friendly!! Won't mind coming back here!

my appointment was set up for 6pm checked in around 5pm after hour n half got call your trailer is empty i don't know why all bad reviews but my experience was good and staff wasvery friendly.

Drop and hook in and out in 15 minutes . Mark the guard on duty was great guy very professional and good at his job even told me were our company has more trailers in case there is none up front

Always had a good experience delivering and picking up loads loads are always wear your paperwork says and friendly gate crew in and out.

Drop and hook is the way to go, live unload 5+ hour wait. Live unloads are allowed at appointment or “ 1 hour “ early

Check In at 530am. And I'm still waiting for a live unload and it's 9pm right now.

Security office, man with the with cowboy 🤠 hat good man, they work only by appointment don't come more than 1hr before your appointment.

Fast and organized.
The gentleman at the office is very attentive and called within the 3 hrs.

If you picking up easy need info where you going store number and trailer number and he hands you paperwork go pick EZ in and and out
