I needed a chip of paint from my bedroom matched. Jolene in the paint department was extremely helpful. She couldn’t get a good match from the computer, but I took her best judgement from the cards on the wall. It matches exactly, and you cant even tell where I painted. Can’t thank you enough!

Great experience with Bill in Appliances. However, Lowes lack of appliances availability makes shopping frustrating. Website says they have the item, store says its been obsolete for weeks. Same adventure different Appliance. But Bill was great, and made the soup sandwich edible.

Blaine is so extremely professional, personable and helpful when delivering our order. He always places our order safely out of the elements. Thank you Blaine for making it a great experience.

I had one of the best experiences that I have had at my Watertown Ny location. Every encounter that I have with an employee by the name of Sunil. He was extra courteous, kind and helpful while I chose the storm door that I was looking for for my forever home. He made me aware of my options, styles and the price and structure of the doors available. With all the knowledge and help I was given by Sunil was purchased the perfect door. Thank you Sunil and Lowe’s for this and every experience I have at my Watertown, ny location….

I would choose lowes over home depot any day.
The employees seem to be alot more knowledgeable and trained.
Home depot literally is mistake that made it somehow,but once people realize it,lowes will push them out.

Today 6-27-2022 I went to Lowe's looking for pavers and flowers to work on a little landscaping. Janice in garden center was such a huge help, she helped me find items on sale. Extremely courteous and kind.
She even helped me load items in vehicle.

On the Friday before Memorial Day, while searching at Lowe's on Arsenal Street in Watertown, I met Peter, from England, a very jolly chap who, after I was handed off by young Troy, ably assisted me in finding the Craftsman 72" tool cabinet I was looking for. (Hint: They are NOT up front by the regular tool chests!)
We located it on the customer service computer and then found the item itself back near the rear of the store. With help from a manager (Eric) this 6-foot long, 120-pound, some-assembly-required, tool cabinet was soon on a freight dolley and headed to checkout, where I employed my newly applied for, and approved, Lowe's Advantage charge card and got INSTANT EXTRA SAVINGS on this great cabinet. Then, Peter & Eric loaded the boxed item into my vehicle. Next time you're in the Watertown-area Lowe's, be sure to ask for "Peter from Liverpool", and tell him, "Dave, the British-bike fan says howdy!" (Code words: "Bug-eyed Sprite".)

Based upon my most current visit I was able to locate, purchase what I was looking for and self check out seamlessly.

Every time I am at this Lowe's, I always run into the most helpful employees who go above and beyond! There are not enough great things to say about them!

Robert in the garden center was very helpful and pleasant. He came to me before I needed to ask for assistance. Then when he saw me in the parking lot, he offered to help load my car for me. Keep up the excellent customer service Robert! Thank you

My husband always comes here for one thing or another, so I always go to the plant section. I love that they offer their slightly less than perfect plants at a discount. I am glad to rescue and usually succeed in their rehab.

We had the most amazing encounter tonight in the appliance department. Peter Mahoney, who are works in another area of the store, saw that we needed assistance and offered to help. He was so thorough and a pleasure to deal with. We bought a washing machine and left feeling completely satisfied with our purchase. It’s been along time since we had such a positive sales experience.

I had to pick up just a few things today, The staff were very helpful, very polite, and professional. Whether you're a professional carpenter, plumber, or a diy Lowes Home Improvement is the place I would highly recommend to anyone.

Phenomenal customer service and attentiveness to us as we were in a rush and needed to purchase a fridge ASAP. Had 5 employees helping us and looking in back to find what we needed. Super friendly as well.

I am not used to being helped so well at my normal Lowes at home.
A young man named Isaac Culver was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I wish my store was full of guys like him. My cashier was nice too, but I don't remember her name. Sorry

I'm big on customer service. I believe everyone should receive exceptional customer service. That is exactly what I experienced here. My wife and I was looking for a washer and dryer set and we walked away feeling great about our purchase! Our salesman made sure we had the best price and included every discount and reduction we were eligible for. He even did price checks online and in the surrounding areas to verify the best price. I will be back for all my homes needs!

Hannah in the paint department was awesome!!!! Hard working taking care of all the crazy July forth shoppers with a smile on her face .She never skipped a beat ! She needs a raise👍

Lowe's in Watertown has the best service, there is always enough employees to assist and they appear to be happy to assist!! Other stores may not have an item but Lowe's Watertown seems to always come through!

Once again a thoughtful and motivated employee makes Watertown Lowe's shine.
Dakota was quick to assist me in the lumber yard, he was very pleasant, and without hesitation made things possible that noone else seemed capable of.

09/12/23 today the experience at Lowe's was tainted negatively by the store manager, Eric. I needed to match some paint, there were 2 or 3 customers, the young man is the paint department was very polite and I told him I would get other stuff while he finished with current customers (he was thoughtful and ask how he could help while doing his previous tasks). I returned 15" later and there were more customers, perhaps 3, at this time he called for assistance and was told to call the manager which he did (these calls are devices you can hear both conversations). He attempted several process to match my paint but there were strange results on the computer (in the meantime there are more than 5 customers) I told him thanks and he suggested calling the manager for assistance, and I agreed. He called a second time and was told something I couldn't hear. After about 10" I ask him to try again to get the manager, which he did - the 3rd call. Approximately 5" later, now more than 7 people waiting (these are new customers filling the spot of customers he is waiting on) Eric the store manager shows up. He walks over to the employee, in a voice I was able to hear clearly, told him from now on of he is busy he is to call him, the store manager. The employee said nothing other than okay and continued to work as quickly as possible mixing paints. Eric comes to me and ask what I needed, I told him, he said things the were previously attempted. I ask if he could take fresh paint and on a stick to analyze, he said he could not. Instead he took a piece of paper from the paint can that had a drip of paint on it. Who knows what that drip was, it could of been made while mixing.

The point of this review, Eric should of come on call number #1, second he should have not belittled this polite employee in front of customers, and last, a store manager should know all the ins and outs of a store. If he doesn't know how the paint department functions he should learn.

Associates Sara and Mike at Watertown Lowe’s were a great help in finding items I needed. They went the extra step to ask if I needed help and were able to direct me to the cleaners and torch.
