I have been a patient of Nancy Spicer's for 10 years and love her and her nurse, Sue. She does have limited hours, but she cares.

Jeff Perrine has been a wonderful practitioner. He takes time to listen to his patients, is very knowledgeable and his schedule is flexible around my job. His nurse, Pam is as sweet as they come. I was very lucky to find such care and professionalism in a town this size.

Anne is wonderful. Always has been since I was a kid.

I see Dr. Boggs, and she's been very good.

The absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Everytime I call to check on something as simple as when my next appointment is the receptionists ALWAYS give me a nasty attitude and usually hang up on me or put me on hold until I have to give up and call again. An employee named Karen who wouldn’t give me her last name has been a repeated offender who likes to hang up while in the middle of trying to resolve these issues. I’m switching doctors because of how awful these people make their office look. Just a word of advice, if you clearly don’t like helping people, don’t get into a career field that involves peoples physical health and well being. I Hope these issues are eventually resolved because it should be considered unacceptable to act this way towards your patients that are just trying to come and get a regular check up.

So i called today stating that i had two questions. After the first question i spoke to a female on the first floor. She was very rude. And promptly hung up the phone while i was mid-speech. My thing is, you all can not be that busy on this day nor are you all in a place that gets a whole lot of people. I wouldn’t spend a dime. I dont trust you all near my face based off poor customer service

These people could learn a lot Dr. Latifs office. Everytime i need a prescription approved by the insurance, it takes the nurse forever to follow through. Most of the time she just doesn't do it at all. She has an important job to do so she should do it. Sometimes i go without medicine for two weeks or more. They need to go and clean house before someone gets hurt or dies.

I called these people because I'm looking for a new PCP and I called to ask a couple of questions regarding the services and the woman Michelle I believe her name was acting like I was wasting her time. Completely rude and just disrespectful. I wouldn't trust them to help anyone.

There is no continuity of care here, no quality control and no sense of professionalism. As a healthcare provider the care I see these people give is equivalent to what you might find at a customer service representative at the DMV.

Garbage, unprofessional, rude and the most backwards office I’ve ever had to deal with. Don’t work in healthcare if you’re going to have a poor attitude with severe lacking empathy.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The secretary staff is very rude and careless. I have changed providers because of the front desk staff.

This place is something else, very unprofessional and incompetent. The answering machine says that they are open til 4 o'clock and I called at 3:30 and they are closed. I called earlier and left a message and they never called me.

I would not recommend this practice. There are other more kind and thoughtful practices in the area.

I come here because I have health issues. Please treat me nicely.
