I can’t say enough about these guys. Everyone of their employees we dealt with was over-the-top, professional, and accommodating and conscientious. This is a family run business and the owner is intimately involved with each job. They care about quality and customer satisfaction, and were attentive in every single circumstance. They hauled away our old carpets and transformed our basement into a wonderful living space. If you are in the Saratoga area, you need to call these people for your flooring needs. It is a quality company that cares and even gives back to the community.

Doug at Wilton Floors was a savior! I needed to have my cork floors replaced. It is NOT easy to find cork installers, but he took on the job. Absolutely perfect start to finish, inc. communication. We were on the same page the whole time. He did a METICULOUS job despite a super busy schedule on his end. He hung tight when there was a problem with radiant coils -- not his problem -- but another installer might have walked away for a week or month. The finished job was SPOT ON. Absolutely recommend!!!

We are new clients of Wilton Floors coming from Glenn's in Stillwater. It was an easy transition to Doug and his team. There was professional communication between his team, Glenn, and myself. We re-did carpet in our bedroom and love, love, love the outcome. We chose to not carpet our closet and Doug carried through on that decision. Love it! Wilton Floors is a very professional, clean, easy to work with, and get things done in a timely manner company. We look forward to a great future with them.

Wilton Floors was awesome to work with after Lowe's screwed us. Tons of selections, knowledgeable and super nice staff. They did our entire second floor in two days, even tore up and hauled away Lowe's mess.

It was a pretty seamless experience from Michael being super helpful guiding me through a selection of LVP options that fit our project requirements in the showroom, to Doug and Manny going above and beyond during the installation, plus easy online quotes and invoicing - I highly recommend using Wilton Floors for your flooring project.

I hope I got 2 of the 3 names rite, Doug, David, and one other worker that I can’t remember his name, ( so sorry) Wilton floors came into our home after we lost everything in a fire, The owner and his crew, went above and beyond with installing our carpets, and hardwood floors, the materials we got from Wilton floors it was just great Quality flooring they provided for our home, The 3 men worked extremely hard for 3 days, came on time, put everything they had into making sure it was done rite, all 3 were friendly, and professional, They not only sell quilty flooring, they put a lot of care into their work, and talking to the owner and the other men, you can tell they truly care about what they do, and they are professional 100%,. The owner even went out of his way to put carpet on a small set of stairs for us, they also cleaned up our floors, watching the owner dust mop your hardwood after the job, PRICELESS. don’t really see that much Care with other company’s,
